The only pro is the location. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, from people in the other rooms. Unless you are an amazing sleeper, or are planning on being out all night, I wouldn’t waste a nights sleep here.

We booked this at the very last minute (the morning itself on the check in date) and the owner was very accommodating to let us check in early as we were leaving the same evening anyway. Please note that there are two locations. the one we were in Kazincy, was just ok. The room had not been aired for a while and smelt damp. The cleanliness could have been heaps better. However, we appreciated the friendliness and the fact that the owner was flexible and accommodating. As we only stayed a few hours until the time for our evening flight, we were not concerned about the overall comfort of the room. the location is good, about 8 minutes' walk to Astoria metro on the red line.
