Perfect Staycation to chill out”

Most value-worth co-living hostel ever. Stayed at Hmlet with my partner and the first impression was great. The service provided was probably better than hotels, staffs were amiable and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with toiletries and USB ports. Netflix TV was also avail for entertainment. Most importantly, espresso machine was free of charge so that satisfied our coffee cravings! I could go on and on but I say, if you're looking for quality hostels, just get Hmlet

Exceptional”

Excellent time over at Hmlet. I was initially looking to book a normal hotel, but then stumbled across Hmlet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the team and the community they built around it. Since it's almost brand new all facilities are really fresh. The yoga classes shouldn't be missed (coming from someone who never did yoga before). Will be back.

Great temporary stay”

Strategic location with accessible to mrt and bus stops. Friendly, helpful with great hospitality service from all the staffs (front desk & housekeeping). Definitely a great place to stay for a long period. Thank you Hmlet for the hospitality!

Very good”

It was great. It felt like home. Received a very warm welcome and orientation by Mr Zaine. My first week was spent in a SMALL room which made my stay a lil too comfortable. So, I extended to another week but this time to a MEDIUM room. In my opinion, these two rooms are reasonably sized for one person or even two if you are not fussy. The bed was really nice and cosy. The one complain I had was the throw cushions which were thrown to the bed with sweat smell. Urghh. I got them to take it away and requested to replace it with two additional pillows. No mini fridge or an electric flask or whatsoever in these rooms but definitely not a biggie as the communal kitchen is just a minute away from my room. Love love love the communal kitchen and the dining area. It's well furnished and very well equipped. My only concern for the kitchen is, perhaps Hmlet could provide the kitchen with a bigger trash bin as the current one is too small for a communal kitchen that's used by many. I was also attended to by a few other staff when I ran into some issues with my Netflix, choked bathroom etc etc. I guess I'm quite a problem child and a spoilt one too. Nonetheless, thanks to Ms Ann and Mr Rashpal for helping me through some of these things to make my stay a pleasant one. Also, to the housekeeping guy whom (I didn't get his name. Prolly Malay, a lil bit on the chubby side) I see almost every single day working diligently and has never failed to put a smile.

Super convenient, relaxing stay”

I stayed for the first month of my relocation to Singapore. Staff were super helpful and kind. Facilities are very clean and relaxing. Location was amazing for work, about a 10 min walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT and super close to lots of bus stops. Close to lots of office towers, but the grounds are lush and well kept.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff”

I booked this hotel for 8 nights and the stay was absolutely great. Location is great, staff are amazingly helpful. They will go out of there way to help. Love you guys. Hotel is clean and well maintained, very clean rooms with all the necessary items. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay beautiful.

Clean Safe Comfortable”

Stayed for 11 nights, the entire duration was smooth and enjoyable. There are helpful staff at the reception and the environment is suitable to either do work or relax. Lounge has unlimited tea/coffee for those hanging around. There's a small jacuzzi pool that we didn't use because of Covid. Rooms are clean and room service is done twice a week, bedsheets could've been cleaner but no bugs visible. Overall, good place to book if you see it on sales.

Sitting in the common space, I recalled working at WeWork. Literally! I like the experience of co-living with various communal space. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. The location is not bad but not close to the Metro station unfortunately. I would give this place a five star if they had not dropped my things on the floor during room cleaning. Imagine you open the door, you see your stuff originally on the bed now one the floor. No response or apology after I informed them of the issue...

Home away from home”

Room was clean with fresh smelling sheets and neat interior. Liked the look of the cosy feel of the communal lounges and especially loved the kitchen which had really nice appliances for cooking. Staff were also friendly with a greeting and a smile. Location wise was smack in the middle of the city and accessible. Would definitely come back again.

Everything was fabulous ”

Room was simple and functional. Clean. My allergic rhinitis didn’t play up. The staff service was top notch. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. Made us felt so welcome during our 2 week stay. So good that we have booked with them again in May next year.

Convenient ”

Near many eatery shops around the hotel. Easy to get food. Staff are friendly and efficient. The room is clean but housekeeping is not on daily basic, only twice a week. You may request housekeeping on those non-cleaning days but need to pay. It may be inconvenient for some people.

Very nice people at hmlet”

love the place environment very friendly. room was abit small and quite a walk to the mrt but everything was great. Except we booked with agoda the large room and it changed to the small room when i reached and agoda couldn't fix it. had to stay in the smaller room.other than that everything was great.

Good for individuals and couples ”

Good for individuals and couples who need the space to wfh or working in town. Not so suitable for ppl. With kids or looking for staycation as this is meant to be a co-working space concept despite social distancing is observed for covid.
