New Apartment with Good Location”

1) Location Very strategic location and near to many eatery places. It is 25 minutes' drive to Legoland, 35 minutes' drive to Forest City and 1 hour's drive to Desaru Fruit Farm 2) Apartment Our 2-bedroom apartment is new and clean. Towels and body soap is provided. Washing machine, clothes hangers and 2 poles are provided in the balcony to hang the clothes and towels. Water pressure is good and the water heater works perfectly. However, there is only 1 bathroom/toilet in the 2-bedroom apartment. It would be better if : a) a rubber floor mat is put inside the toilet as it can be slippery when wet. b) more toilet rolls to be provided (we were only provided 2 toilet rolls for 3 nights' stay). We informed the management on the 1st day and they promised to ask the cleaner to deliver the toilet rolls to us, but until the 4th day when we checked-out, the toilet rolls were not delivered. We had to get our own supply. 3) Check-In Procedure This can be improved as follows: a) The Hotel Management should contact the guests at least 1 day before check-in to explain on the check-in procedure. I asked Ivan a day earlier (contact as stated in Agoda) for the contact no. of his collegue who are in charge of the checking-in, as I am concerned that to transfer RM200 as deposit into UHA Management The check-in procedures was only given upon transferring RM200 4) Price The price is reasonable for a 2-bedroom apartment.

Nice 2-bedroom apartment ”

Pros: Nice apartment, suitable for family of four Furnished kitchen Attached to the R&F Mall Cons: Check-in process is rather inconvenient. Have to collect room/carpark card from a mailbox at another block. Best to park outside for a while to collect the card. Have to transfer lift at level 4 to get to the apartment floor from the ground floor as the entrance is at another block. Easiest/direct access to the apartment is from the basement parking. Free parking is limited to one car per apartment.

Value For Money”

Very clean coz the property is new. Superb facilities. My kids enjoyed the facilities. Check in was smooth. Location was good with Jaya Grocer, 7-11, The Alley, Subway and many more just below the apartment. You will never bored. Apartment is well equipped with almost everything needed. It even has a convection oven installed. Will definitely come back!

Very Comfortable Stay”

Had a nice staycation here. We were able to cook for ourselves as this is a residence apartment and they had Jaya Grocer inside the building which was convenient to buy things. Would suggest to add a small rice cooker for more convenience. The check in process is a bit long, and I was only advised on the process after I personally called them. Until then there wasn't advice on how to check in and what should we do once arrived at the mall. We should also pay deposit in order, to receive check in instruction. This was a bit inconvenient, I would say.

Security is tight during this RMCO which is very good. First time dealing online which initially I am not comfortable as I am use to frontline reception dealing, somehow once pyt made they guide by sending video through whatsapp. Everthing is good

I was travel with family together with my 2months old baby, we enjoy the stay during day and night! Rooms are clean and comfortable, quite convenience for us as I need to take care of my baby and my husband can just go down to the R&F mall for buying me some foods, the only thing abit difficult is hard to find the way out from the parking, overall nice stay Thank You!

A very nice place to stay & relax with their very minimalist decoration. They guide us very well & politely on how to get the key, how to park the car & how to access to the room via whatapps. The only thing that i not really like is the door is very hard to close & the air cond is a bit water leaking at the midnight.

Do Not Stay Here!”

If you're looking for an apartment to stay with friends & family, DO NOT STAY HERE! Firstly, the registration & getting of key aren't pleasant as it was done at a "mamak" store where you don't get the right hospitality, suffice to say, BAD service. Secondly, the apartment isn't well-maintained, DIRTY ceiling fans, watermarks on the surface of kitchen top and toilet. We had to sanitize and do a quick cleaning in the apartment. Very basic kitchen utensils, sufficient if you don't intend to cook, but be mindful of rusty scissors. Photos in the apartment aren't as described. Plastic "restaurant" chairs at the dining table as opposed to a proper dining chairs. Getting in and out of parking is quite a hassle especially when there's no mobile/telco line at the basement (B2 to be precise, that's the lot for residence), your security is at stake especially when you're alone. Overall, I will NOT recommend this apartment at all.

Location : nice but not as per description as we were expecting a sea view i/o City view bcs of the advert title Facilities : superb except for damaged sofa done by previous guest, i guess? Aircond wasnt properly serviced and when clean up, full of sucked dust. Wifi is superb, digital TV is superb(dont really watch tv as we bring chrome cast) Kitchen very clean, toilet is nice. Overall? 9.4 over 10. Thanks host!

Parking”

The place was so nice.. but for parking they only have 1 parking for 1 car... so if u brign more car u need to park outside but not recomend for park outside coz outside is main road so bette park inside .. but the things the aprtment is shopping mall concepts so u need to paid la prking fees .. rate parking 2 hour free parking after tht will be charge like Rm3 perhour .. so i suggest if Possible parking should give 2 car ... but others is very nice place to stay.. and so clean .. my kids really enjoys it...

The room is very clean and nice view . But you need to pay MYR200 deposit and send your ic copy in their whatsapp group first before they give you the check-in instruction . There is no check in counter , we have to find the MAMAK to collect the key and find the unit which took us some times .

Overall stay is great”

Room is clean and comfy. The only thing is that the main door is heavy and hard to close.
