Difficult to stay asleep”

The room was very nice and the location is close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. My boyfriend and I stayed on the top floor for NYE and only shared a wall with one room. I usually sleep well in hotels but this time was rough. The toilet made a loud screeching noise for 10-15 seconds every time someone flushed the toilet. I woke up every time he had to go to the bathroom. The cleaning service starts early in the morning. We woke up multiple times to what sounded like airplanes flying right above us but was the cleaning service pushing their carts door to door. We maybe had 4 hours of decent sleep. The quality in the hotel is there but it's not worth it if you can't sleep.

Love this place. Had a double queen with a full kitchen suite. We all had plenty of room to move around. Im always excited when I know I come here. Clean quiet and cozy i never want to leave .

My only complain room air conditioning had a bad smell maybe vents needed to be clean, room spacious jacuzzi could have been a tap bit warmer other than that I would stay there again

Lobby smelled bad. Our bathroom was so small a person could barely turn around. The room was so hot, but they couldn't turn air conditioning on as it was evening. That is when the heat comes on! We did not need heat. Management said they could give us a fan. Pull out sofa bed was torture.

The hotel was "ok" no continental breakfast ”

The court yard & rooms are nice, but this hotel doesn't offer a complimentary continental breakfast. They do offer a buffet style for $10.00/person in their Palm Court. Even though I booked a king-bed, they were unable to provide that because "we booked through a third party." Upon checkout I was given the same reasoning when I asked for a printed receipt.

Very nice hotel”

This hotel creates a very cozy feeling, like sofa with heating fire put in the patio area. The room is surprisingly big, and everything is in perfect condition. We stayed only one night as a stop over between Flagstaff and San Diego. We went to Desert Botanic Garden, and the next day started off to San Diego. In this respect, this hotel is at the perfect location.

This hotel is very nice to stay at. Not too far from the airport (around 7 km.) and shuttle bus is available from the hotel to and from the airport. Very nice garden and swimming-pool and you do NOT hear all the noise from the outside busy road. Restaurant has reasonable food menu and the lobby area is very pleasant. Rooms are big and nice and nothing really bad that I can say about this hotel. Maybe the only problem is that it is a bit far from the center of town, but the hotel shuttle bus will take you anywhere within 4miles radius and will pick you up too, if they are not busy with transferring people from / to the airport.

was great fast check in, rooms are huge pool was clean and nice, bar was a little slow but was busy i would recommend it to anyone best holiday inn ive ever seen and very close to airport but no noise.
