Brand new and very nice hotel”

the holiday inn cochin is brand new and is very modern in design. the restaraunt/food options are very good and all offer excellent value for money with reasonable prices and excellent food. the hotel is still awaiting its liquor license however this was not a draw back. all staff were very helpful and prices on hotel cars and internet were also well priced. the beds are excellent.

Fantasic Hotel”

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to cochin. Im fully amazed by the level of expertise the hotel staffs had. To be frank, the overall look of the hotel is luxurious. We stayed at a deluxe bedded room on which im surprise it has a very huge bed. The room is exceptionally big. The best of all, is their lounge. They have a fantastic dine in with wide variety of breakfast selections. The best part is they labelled each of the meal with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food clearly, which helps us alot! In room dining was served very fast (roughly within 20min). Overall, it is a pleasant stay at Holiday inn kochi. Would definitely stay in there again on my subsequent visit. Highly recommended for family or business visit!

Very comfortable stay”

I always stay at the Holiday Inn when I go for work as the location is perfect for me. The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are very well appointed. Food is superb, especially the Italian fare at Roma...We recently visited Italy and I can safely say that the food at Roma was at par with the food we ate in Italy! Service is great and the staff are very particular when it comes to single women travelers. Would highly recommend the Holiday Inn to single ladies who worry about safety.

Quality hotel for a quality stay”

Holiday Inn Kochi was most definitely a wonderful hotel to stay in. The staffs were friendly. The room is cozy to stay in. The breakfast was delicious. Holiday Inn Kochi provides taxi service for my traveling requirements. It is especially useful when I have to travel into a few different locations in Kochi. I will most definitely stay in Holiday Inn Kochi the next time I am in Kochi.

I stay for two days with traveling to Kottayam, city far away for 2 hrs. It's very comfortable for me on traveling from and to Kochi Airport. Moreover, it's very convenience to ask for taxi ans other arrangements to take me to Kottayam or any place. Excellent condition of bed and other room facilities make very appreciate on my sleeping.

the hotel is not located in the central where the sightseeing is. So you have to book a sightseeing car for it. Staff was wonderful, there is a nice pool open until 22.00 as well. Food was good too, didnt have any food poisoning there. Very nice holiday inn!

Amazing service - pleasant stay”

This was my second stay at this hotel. It’s near to the city & public transport, friendly staffs, clean and calm rooms. Not only did our host (Priyanka mam) upgraded our room, but also she has provided us with some good offers on dining. I felt very comfortable and safe during both the stays. This time was even better.

Good hotel, with good ambience”

Good hotel. Since, new, lot of changes needed. Hotel entrance do not have a walk way for the customers to get in. Everytime they need to open the car gate door. Sometimes, security men without seing, is closing the gate, which may cause injury to the customers. Inside room, imporvements needed.

Centrally located”

Standard hotel, centrally located, good food, very helpful staffs. they have a bar in the hotel as well. The room seemed to be a little old but overall comfortable stay. Close to Lulu Mall and Oberoi Mall.

Good hotel with good service”

To have tree restaurants in the same hotel is good, specially when there isn't so much close by outside the hotel to choose from. As a base when I am working it is great. The down side: No shops and restaurants within normal walking distance. Found the wifi a bit expensive.

Excellent stay inspite of the natural disasters ”

As I was staying during Kerala flooding we were worried about the situation. Excellent staff gave us the information and was more than helpful to arrange everything we requested. Hope everyone including the staff make a quick recovery. My prayers for Kerala. God's won country will be back. Thank you so much.

Excellent location with luxury”

stay was good. hotel needs to keep 5 star standards. earlier they were not asking desposit advance. they should taek credit card no. as a security rather than begging while on check in. internet wifi should be free. currently it is chargeable. however luxury is good and worth for usd excellent restuarants, cofee shop..

The stay was comfortable and good and the rooms were clean and spacious, the bus stands were nearby and there was easy access to auto rickshaws. There were taxis available near the hotel and the airport was also close. The internet service was also fast and good. The staff was also good.it was value for money. The security and concierge was good

Refreshing!!”

Would definitely recommend to others. Exudes a level of luxury and exclusivity unlike the brands premium fare in Europe which I do happen to frequent. There might be the occasional hold up when you get caught up at a busy reception at check in or check out but otherwise top service, I will be coming back!!!
