This is an express hotel; which means small rooms and limited options for breakfast. The family room size is manageable. There are no wardrobes, very less space to keep and open your suitcase. Room and bathroom was clean. They have only 4 family rooms. If two of you are travelling, do not pick two single bed rooms, you will not have any space to move around or keep your suitcase. Heavy people can't even enter bathroom to take shower' they are so small. The metro is at walking distance. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. There are lot of food options around the hotel. Mustafa shopping center is also close to this hotel. For Indians, there are lot of vegetarian hotels available around this hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly (front desk and restaurant. Backside view from the room is not good. We got bored with the food.

Affordable hotel nearby the Serangoon Road”

The hotel is affordable and well kept. Newly refurbished hotel at a strategic location for those travelers whom interested in keeping their visit nearby the Serangoon road. The hotel serves a limited breakfast choices, however, it will keep your breakfast need attended. Its a good hotel nearby Cinemas, Mustafa Shopping Centre and MRT stations.

I knew this hotel from Traveloka apps. I chose it because it’s newly renovated and near Kallang Stadium. The staff (Inggrid) was very nice and have a good pronounce in english so I can understood what she said completely. The room is quite big and have 2 sofa’s inside, very clean and have a very comfort bed and pillow. I really like the bathroom, beside the cleanest it’s also very safe for elderly, they have all the safe equipment for elder bathroom inside. The location is quite strategies, 6 min to Mustafa Centre and City Square Mall. But a little bit far to MRT. 15 min to Lavender MRT and or 10 min to Farrer Park MRT by walk.

Rooms are really small. Do not have enough room for your luggages. But the rooms are clean especially the bathrooms. Modern design. Choices of food in the buffet breakfast are limited. Try to book the room only without breakfast coz the location of the hotel is just near the City Mall where you’ll have choices of restaurants to dine in. Also hotel is a 10 minute walk to MRT farrer park station which can be found at the basement of the City Mall. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable.

Location was nice. Many hawker place surrounding the place. Receptionists seem to be heavily loaded with Indian clients full of them ALL the time. My request of a quiet floor was granted but there was an “emergency” drilling noise that staffs were “surprised” to learn and we just had to bear the noise as this was “necessary”. Kitchen Vietnamese staffs spoke limited English and were unfriendly bordering to rude as they seem tired when asked to refill food as this was in the morning buffet breakfast . No refills even if time was still ample and guests were requesting/asking. They don’t warn guests of the time for “last call “ cause they were eager packing up. Instead they were just too busy cleaning up tables unmindful of guests requests even when talked to directly . Should teach them proper customer etiquettes and respect. They looked like grumpy workers

Hotel is new and clean. Staff are very friendly and always put on a smile. Suggestion to have more variety for breakfast. But other than that, nothing else to fuss about .

I booked for a queen room but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that there weren't any queen rooms available. They put us in a twin room and changed our room to a queen room the other day. The room was't cleaned properly every day. The breakfast was a disappointment. There weren't anything in the room except toothbrush and toothpaste. The laundry was very expensive.

Best location for bus users. Super clean and affordable including breakfast at this price. Staffs were considerable and helpful. They didn't have lock in bathroom. Need to walk a bit for halal restaurants, that wasn't too far though. Tough to get taxi. Room might be smaller for some people, but for our purpose, it was fine.
