we didnt realize they were two hotels of the same name and were sent to the hotel we didnt book. counter staff was very helpful though, he arranged for a room at that hotel with no new charges whatsoever. location was excellent, walking distance to cheras leisure mall.

room spacious with lots of food acsess”

cons - i book the family room, so the room was spacious so my daughter had great time playing in the room, bed and pillow was accetable with the price, the amenities also being provided, we stay for 2 days so they provided new aminities for the 2nd day cons- if you bring so many beg then it be a bit dificult for you since the lift is on the first floor and got staircase.you can find the hotel if you had goggle map.

Value for money”

My family quite enjoy stayed in this hotel. My original booking was for family room which consist of 1 double bed and 2+1 double decker. However, due to air condition problem, they replaced us with 2 unit of superior connected room.

Its great staying here. Nearby laundry facilities, 24hrs mamak stalls and convenient shop. Ample parking space. Facilities in hotel and quality need to be improved. I have always loved to stay here but now its a bit run down and fixes are necessary. I habe stayed here as a couple and also with families. The price is the best and staff are very polite and friendly. Will stay here again as the location is very convenient.

Hotel sy book bilik woth no windows, tp since penuh sy dpt upgrade to bilik with windows with no extra charges. Room is clean, all good..

Cockcroaches galore”

The room was full of cockcroaches crawling all over the crevices. The air-con filter was dirty. I complained to the staff and was offered another room. We didn't notice any cockcroaches, but the air-con filters were missing. Home Inn needs to do some upkeeping if it wants returning customers.

A pleasant stay”

A great hotel for everyone, value for money, very clean and friendly staff. The hotel I will choose to stay every time I am in KL. Absolutely recommended!

Hotel is good”

Hotel is good, clean, big room and comfortable. It good for anybody which want to run from busy area. But there are not many choice for place to eat. You must go a little far.

Brand new hotel but not gd location”

1. The location is difficult to explain to taxi driver, n there's bad jam to the town during peak hours. 2. The wall is not thick enough, can hear next door whispering, affecting sleep quality.

Cheap and comfortable ”

Free parking outside the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The only setback was the thin walls. Tv sounds from the next room can clearly be heard.

First time here”

They hotel has been newly refurbish, good job to the management, as it is really important to keep the hotel nice and clean. Overall we are happy with our stay very convenient as there's a KK mart nearby and downstairs is a chinese kopitiam (alot hawker stall).

Room access card is not given, every time get into room need request staff help to open the room door. Opposite room door`s alarm is keep beeping due to technical problem. Beeping sound over night is Very annoying.

Finding the hotel was very challenging. The area was very confusing since got lot of houses and each turning leads to different places. The hotel was clean. Friendly staff. If you just need a place to stay at night, this should be the one. The only discomfort is the bed. It is in extremely poor condition. Those with backache can't sleep in it. You can actually hear like breaking noises everytime you turn in the bed. End up we woke up several time during the night.
