Disgusting, dirty and front desk woman was rude. There were roaches in the room & cigarette burns on the blankets. They also collect a deposit. I overheard another customer who asked for towels, she questioned whether he "returned" any before handing him two as if it were a big deal. The room was filthy, paint chips all over the floor. Apparently they changed smoke alarm batteries, yet, it was beeping all night and left the mess of old paint droppings on the floor. The fridge was missing a handle too. Oh and for 2 guests, they had settings of 1 towel and 1 hand towel. Couldn't even provide for 2 guests? You should stay at a motel 6 and get your money worth. BELIEVE ME.

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming but the facilities are clearly being used as weekly apartments and not as a hotel. The tub was peeling, the bed was uncomfortable, and the parking lot had a giant trash container overflowing. It appeared to be very sketchy.

Floor was so filthy it was actually sticky. The smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling and was missing. There was a package of saltine crackers stuck to the wall near the ceiling. I had to go get a trash can from the office and there were no hangers provided – the front desk said that travelers were supposed to bring their own hangers. There were also no towel bars or hooks in the bathroom or at the sink.

First off, it has been a week and have not received my deposit. Also found that I paid extra which was almost the same amount for the room from agoda. Did not see this in the booking.

The biggest dump i have ever stayed in, 50 years old extremely dirty room some smoking cigarette dropped ashes on my head as i walked up stairs security on site unsafe left after paying before i set my bags down it was such a dump worst hotel i have ever stayed at they still haven't refunded my money toally DO NOT STAY HERE

Worst Experience of My Life TRAUMATIZING!!!”

I checked in to this place knowing it wasn't going to be the nicest but I was ok with that,room was dirty,finger smudges on walls ,and the TV had a Crack in it, I didn't think much of it as the TV still worked,I stayed my week & actually reserved another week m was quite happy with my deliciounUPON CHECKOUT--i made sure I cleaned up the room, I left leaving the TV ON and the a c. As well, they did a quick walk thru n decided I would get my deposit back although they were not happy about my service digs paw print being on the sheet, they told me they would return my deposit in 2 to 3 days,UPON CHECK IN to my new reservation later that day I was greeted with I WAS ON THE DO NOT RENT LIST AND CHARGED OVER $600 FOR THE TV THAT WAS WORKING FINE UPON MY DEPARTURE AS WELL AS THE FIRST WALK THROUGH,they blamed me saying I"I MUST HAVE PUNCHED THE TV IN A FIT IF RAGE" I TRIED TO REMIND THEM OF THE TV BEING ON WHEN I LEFT and there initial walk thru but they would not LISTEN THEY ALSO CANCELLED NY RESERVATION (NONREFUNDABLE)THAT COST ME ANOTHER $600.OO I DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I COULD LOSE A TOTAL OF $1,200.00 AND BE BROKE AND ON THE STREETS WITH MY DOG FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT DO....I AM A HONEST AND HUMBLE PERSON I have never experienced this kind of unfairness IN MY LIFE they would not hear me out,they accused me, were rude disrespectful and brought me to tears,I AM NOW FRIGHTENED TO RENT A ROOM not knowing if I will be blamed for the actions of a past tenant BEING LOOKED OVER or an accident from a housekeeper...I FINANCIALLY WAS IN NEED IF THE BUDGET WEEKLY OFFERS THIS HOTEL GIVES AND THE APT STYLE ROOMS THEY HAR... I was planning on staying there for about a month until my living situation was better BUT THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY WRONGFULLY TOOJ FROM ME IN SUCH A HUGE AMOUNT RENDERED ME UNFAIRLY HOMELESS, AND WITHOUT A DINE IN MY POCKETthey STOLE MY MONEY, AND SENT ME IN A DOWNHILL SPIRAL ...the employees failed to spot the issue w/ a past tenant and I truly paid t
