Clean, cheap, comfy hotel”

It’s very good location, Room clean and comfy but they provided only shampoo and shower no shower cap. Staff was not polite, it’s ok to not serve us for B’fast on the table (We have to pick up at the counter by staff’s calling)but to clean the table it should not our duties. Hop inn standard is good as we can trust for good room, location and price. But service it must to be as a same standard hop inn

Always good”

Always sleep well at Hop Inns. The beds are comfortable with soft pillows and nice new clean bedding. . They are basic, clean and similar to a decent travelodge in U.K. They are terrific value for money. Staff were so helpful and nice. One girl spoke very good English and helped with taxi for us to airport which was less than 300 baht. There's a family mart and Tesco lotus few minutes walk but not much else nearby. Don't go to Crossroads restaurant, it's a rip off. We paid 360 baht for 2 weak gin and tonics. Not sure what kind of place it is. Loads of waitresses in skimpy shorts and little tops. We left without eating and the place was empty.

This was my first time in a Hop Inn hotel and I was impressed. The value for money was incredible since the place is well equipped, practical, very clean and well maintained. Would definitely come back here if I have to visit the city again.

Hop Thani”

Typical Hop Inn but this one also offers breakfast. Clean rooms though mine had a bit of a dank smell. Maybe too close to the garbage? Good location and facilities for travelers with their own cars.

Location is good, it's opposite Tesco and also not far from Central Surat. The rooms are clean and simple. Bed and Pillow are a bit soft.

Recommend for the stay but not the complimentary breakfast”

Simple breakfast with 1 fried egg and 3 hotdogs, porridge and breads are free flow. I'm ok with this because of the cheap price of the hotel. But, I couldn't stand on the flies that flying on top of the breads (the breads were halfly covered and it is located at an open area beside the building). The egg had been fried for so long until you can taste the coldness. However, inside the hotel room, it is very clean and new.

Good stay”

The location is not really in the city center but you can get grab or easily walk out of the alley to Tesco Lotus (5 minutes walk). The room is perfect, it has everything you need during the stay. They also has breakfast between 7 till 10 AM.

Value for money”

We stayed only one night on our way to Koh Samui. The hotel is located 70km away from Racha ferry terminal but we were already very exhausted driving for 10 hrs from Bangkok by the time we got there and needed to rest. The hotel is tucked in a little alley but not that difficult as there is Tesco Lotus on the other side of the road. The hotel is super clean and the female staff at the reception seems genuinely happy to provide good service. The shower, bed etc, everything was GREAT considering what we paid. There is a little local Thai restaurant with picture menu in front of the hotel or you can walk 500 m to Tesco Lotus for dinner. The parking is reasonably spacious. Great stay.

it's not specail room, but it's clean and super nice -- and this branch offers free breakfast. A bit far from city, so if you don't have car -- check it carefully.

Best for value”

Hotel is very clean, comfortable and has a lot of parking space. The room also included breakfast which is extremely rare since the room rate is very cheap. Really suitable for short term business trip. Also, the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The Best Hotel in Surat Thani”

It was so wonderful atmosphere that I had an awesome quite sleep at night. Super clean room with much more cleaner bathroom. The Bed is super soft. Perfect for clean and quite stay. I will always stay here for sure.

I arrived late at night and had to leave early the next morning. So not a lot of time to linger and enjoy the place but found it great. Clean, comfy bed, very inexpensive, staff are most helpful and will organise transport and boat to the islands. Highly recommend.
