    Fantastic breakfast ”

    Love the breakfast as it is one of the best breakfast that I had in hokkaido with the reasonable price. The room is well designed and equipped with good facilities. The lobby is very comfortable with lots of seats and table available , the design of the lobby is the good spot of photo shooting

    Great base in Asahikawa!”

    We had a lovely stay here in OMO7 Asahikawa! Interior is a bit old in the rooms and corridors, but it was the perfect base for a few nights exploring Asahikawa, Biei and Furano.

    Wrong charges”

    Hotel was nice and comfortable but hotel charged me ¥3000 for parking without checking if i used it. The receptionist did not show me the bill before asking for payment. They have no email contact point. I have used Instagram message to contact the hotel for a refund and would appreciate a reply. Thanks.

    Overall staff rude and unfriendly stay”

    The male staff member at the bar was very rude, arrogant and ruined night. Australian bank card would not work at the bar ( no problem elsewhere) and he was extremely rude about it implying we couldn’t pay... Staffs English (stated the staff spoke good English) and customer service very limited Room very average for cost with staff waking us up with preset alarm and to ‘do room’ The ski rental shop rude and dismissive. One lovely and helpful staff member that salvaged our stay

    Very fun hotel, with many activities & sumptuous breakfast”

    We love this hotel eventhough only for 1 night, it’s perfect for family. The hotel is really cosy with warm family vibe, there are many board games, reading area, very nice welcome drinks, story telling for kids (in japanese only). Even the rooms looked fun for the kids, we definitely love all hoshino hotels :) and breakfast spread is ❤️

    朝食が特に良かったです”

    設備やスタッフの対応はとても良かったと思います。宿泊料金がリーズナブルだったので、朝食はあまり期待していなかったのですが、2種類のメイン料理は見た目もよく、大変美味しかったです。バイキング形式でデザートやパンはサイズが小ぶりで、いろいろなものを少しずつ楽しめる工夫がされていて、どれもクオリティーが高かったです。特にミニクロワッサンはバターの風味、サクッと食感が大変素晴らしかったてす。

    若い人向け？”

    部屋もロビーのインテリアもオシャレで素敵！ 欠点は部屋が狭い、元々の建物は古いのでお風呂の排水が悪い、一階の無料飲食ラウンジのお菓子はクッキーのみで写真と違います。 フリーで頂ける物は、コーヒー、スパークリングワイン、ライムウオーター他ノンアルコール3種類。 朝の朝食時間には、フリーフード、ドリンクは撤去され頂くことは出来ません。コーヒーのみ。 そしてプロモーションに力を入れているのか、バスツアー客が多く、チェックイン時間によってはレセプション前は長蛇の列になります。 けどイベントも多く、若い人達は楽しそうでした！ 楽しい事を提供したい！と考えているホテルですが、改善点も多いですね。

    高い”

    部屋のクオリティに対して料金が高すぎだと思いました。 旭川はビジネスホテルしかないので完全に足元を見られているのでしょう。 フロントの人が少なすぎるのも大いに不満でした。 チェックイン、チェックアウト共に一人のスタッフしかおらず、待っている人もいなかったのにかなり待たされました。 駐車場はあるのですが、１泊１０００円取られます。 それは良いのですが、何とロビーから駐車場まで自分で移動しなければなりませんでした。 札幌のホテルでは有料でしたがスタッフの方が駐車場まで移動してくれましたし、チェックアウト時にも正面まで持ってきてくれました。 旭川のホテルは総じてこんな対応なのか分かりませんが、料金は高かったにも関わらず非常に惨めな気分になりました。

    季節料金で利用できるのならば・・・”

    11月末という季節的には厳しい時期であったためか、とてもリーズナブルな料金で宿泊できました。よい季節だと数倍ということですので、その価格に見合っているかというと微妙です。今回の価格ならばまた利用します。星野リゾートということですが、旧ホテルを改修したところで、地元（タクシー）の評価としては、「あの良いホテルがこんなになっちゃった」ということでした。

    2床房比較細, 房間只有暖氣, 沒有冷氣, 溫度比較高, 酒店職員建議可以關掉暖氣, 這樣比較涼快 大堂佈置很美, 早餐OK 另外可以book 酒店車來回旭川動物園, 這個很讚, 記緊要預先預約

    出乎意料地失望”

    酒店2018年曾進行翻新，大堂裝修感覺清新時尚。進入酒店房間，完全事與願違。地毯有不少修補過痕跡，因本人於冬季入住，房間強制供應暖氣，但所謂溫度調節掣可能只是裝飾，感覺不到有溫度的分別，而房間是沒有可打開的窗口，因此房間非常焗促，浴室較殘舊，但一般沐浴需要還可以的，本人沒有再次入住的意慾。

    住宿環境整體不錯，但停車位不足就有點不方便，，有一天並沒有保留停車位給我們，造成必須到附近的收費停車場，check out時發現兩天住宿都有計算到停車費，反應後是有扣回，但總覺得有登記停車就應該保留位子才對。
