Seeing the mount Fuji from the window was a lovely and calm feeling. The hostel is clean and wifi was strong. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hostel for the next stay in kawaguchiko area.

Everything was so perfect. Doesn't need to worry about our luggage when we arrive early to explore the Five Lakes of Mt.Fuji. Location was just beside Kawaguchiko Station. Perfect to start our exploration. Staff was great and friendly.

Location is very good and there is a view of Mt Fuji when you sit near the parking area. Staff are very accommodating, they even suggest where to eat and how to go to different tourist spots. The price is relatively cheap. There is a microwave, free coffee and tea. We enjoyed our stay

The room nice but quite small for 4 people in one room no space to arrange the bag, should put double decker bed for more space. Staff very nice, just the office and room take about 5-10 minutes to walk. On the day we stay, our heater have problem so we need to walk back to office, inform that our heater cant use.

It is about 5mins walk from the station. The location quite easy to find, it is quiet and the room was clean. The staff were also kind enough to allow us to leave our bags with them after we have checked out.

Pros : Near to the train station. As we are going out early we left luggage in room for storage by the GH. The room for 3 is quite spacious. Cons : The alley to the house is dark however it's still okay as it's located in neighborhood.

Great. Self Check in TOO long”
The stay is perfect. Well located. Great clean facilities. It is just Really long to check in... Please make an online form so that guest can do it before hand if they want.... We had to make people wait because Passport number and a photo of guest with passport is asked for EVERY guest. Even if this is required by law, please be considerate of the time it takes...

The hotel is just 5 mins walk from Kawaguchiko Station. But you have to first check in at the Samurise cafe in front of the Kawaguchiko Station before going to your room. You cannot see Mt Fuji view from the hotel room unless if you walked a little further from the hotel. Overall, its a good value for money and suitable for traveller who want to spend just a night or two at Fujikawaguchiko.

I think it has what backpackers' needs for a place to stay. Affordable. Near kawaguchiko st. (Only 5 mins by walks) Complete toiletries. Serve coffee and tea. Microwave. Drier. Electric kettle. So, if you are in your budget, you can go buy your meal in 7-11 near the station and heat them. Or you can bring yourself an instant noodles 😂 It is actually a house which has many rooms with separates 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. So if you're lucky, you'll get all the house for yourself during your stay. Note: self check-in and check-out. Every room has their own code.

The location is just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the quaint little town. The rooms are a decent size (at least for the twin sharing that I chose) and staff are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint about this hotel is not one does not have a view of Mt Fuji......
