Good location and very nice hotel!”

I came here with my husband for he has the training to attend nearby. The room was just nice, not too big and not too small, it was decent. Staff services are very good, they were very helpful and polite every time. There's 24 hours self-service laundry is just around the corner, many restaurants nearby so not to worry about food. Cleanliness of the room is okay. The toilet is functioning well along with the hot water. This hotel was the closest and we could easily get Grab or an MRT Bus Feeder to get to places. The stop is just right in front of the hotel although there is no signage. But it stops right opposite Laura Medina Cafe, bus number T803. There's another one, T802 but the stop is slightly further, which is in front of Help University. This bus will get you to MRT Kwasa Sentral station (basically from here you can go anywhere you want) and you need to have TouchnGo card to be able to use this bus, only RM1 is required. All in all, we are both satisfied with the hotel!

It was okay”

We’re travelling with a 3 years old & a 2 months old. Overall the hotel was worth the price. Room is small & is just nice to rest & sleep. Our only & major problem was the check-in time. We came around 1430H on our check-in day & were told that our room wasnt ready yet. Receptionist wasnt able to give an estimated waiting time, were just told that it’ll be very long waiting time & were advised to go somewhere else first. We came back around 1900H to check-in & were told they’re sorry about the inconvenience, and our room was ready at 1730H. Thank goodness the room was okay & we can finally get a place to rest. But we hope the hotel can improve on that matter & maybe offer a discount/voucher/rebate/ whatever they can to make up to the delay. Sure, we did go somewhere else to rest while waiting for our room but any family with an infant & a toddler can understand the struggle to rest without a proper environment.

Travelled with my aunt n kids. Room is superior exec. Spacious, clean, friendly staff. Great welcoming at the hotel. Will repeat if i were to go there again

Hotel its clean, looks new and modern. Shower head water pressure its strong enough, bed its tidy, television sound and image its in good condition, bedroom lightning its bright enough just one issue here they need to take note which is their table closet not clean so i hope management please really take care of their cleanliness

Budget hotel. Room 111 the tv is broken. Mattress has stain marks. Just nice if you want to just stay for rest. Overall is clean and nice. Just some off points. Worth to consider

Everything is fine, except for the creaking sound. It happens for every 10 minutes or so throughout the night up till the morning. Everytime I close my eyes, feels like someone or something is pulling my leg. 🙂

The second thing i know after paid for this hotel is their lift is under repair for 2 weeks.. I have to climb to 4th floor to my room. With 4 luggage and 3 children, what to expect..

Not recommended for disabled guest, the facilities for disabled guests not available”

We choose this hotel mainly because the hotel claimed they offer the facilities for disabled guest and is wheelchair accessible. Yes, they do provide the elevator in the multistorey building as promised, but to use the elevator, there is no special wheelchair accessible path for disabled but with a staircase... 2 rooms booked (i.e. superior twins and family double) and we requested for the nearby rooms, but end up they assigned one room in level-4 and another room in level-1. The size of the family double room is ok, but the superior twin is very small. Btw, we spotted a dead cockroach in one of the room... Frankly speaking, I would say the hotel is okay for the budget stays for non-disabled.
