Cosy hotel minutes away from LRT”

You get what you pay for. Cosy, decent, clean room and shower. Suitable for couple, solo/business traveler. Not much restaurants around but there's 7 Eleven and 99 Speedmart nearby. Getting around is easy as the LRT Kelana Jaya is just within 5 minutes walking distance. Housekeeping is only upon request so if you need to change towels, toiletries, etc, you need to inform the reception/front desk though. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me.

Good Stay”

It was a good stay. However, the remote for the air-conditioner did not function well or maybe they have centralized the air-conditioner. It was a bit hot initially but then should be okay later. They provide towel and toiletries. Near to LRT Kelana Jaya. They have elevator also, so no need to climb up the staircases.

So far, this hotel is really recommended. Near to lrt kelana jaya. The condition of the room 👍👍. The staff friendly and really responsive. Just that, extra careful at night as it is quiet outside.

Overall everything is good, clean, tidy, comfort, good location, Kelana Jaya LRT station in short walking distance, Just need precaution on parking, no hotel car park and park at your own risk ! other car will simply park and block your car, and beware of MPPJ come give you saman for no parking ticket! Will come again next time !

Good place for business stay”

I found the location of the hotel to be nice. However, i can't seem to locate it on Grab (Grab APP doesn't recognize Hotel 99 Kelana Jaya). the staffs were pleasant enough and accommodating. However, they dont have parking facilities, so people who drove down as I did may have issues with parking. Remember to get a parking ticket from the nearby 7-11, police are known to actively giving out summons at that area. The bedsheet we had was a little stained, but the housekeeping staff changed it right away without much hassle. All in all, I will stay again

Parking may be hard to find during day time. But night time no issue. Can buy parking coupon from nearby 7-11. Walking distance to Kelana Jaya LRT station. Counter staff is friendly and helpful.

WiFi was okay, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't so get your own unlimited data would be better. Location is good, near kelana jaya LRT (walkable). however, shops are closed in the night except 7 eleven. there's a maybank nearby too.

Situated across the LRT Kelana Jaya. Near the hotels there are Maybank, convinient store such as 7e and 99 speedmart and restaurants. But the hotel not prepare the parking so it's hard to get the parking when day light especially during business hours.

As good as the price”

First of all, if you look for a budget hotel, this place is recommendable. And ensure to book for a room through Agoda(or other apps) because it is more expensive at the reception. The whole floor where I stayed went blackout for half a day for some reason and it didn’t happen again while stay. Wifi connection was almost useless because we were only able to use it for about half an hour a day and the receptionist explained that the internet service provider had some issues for few days. Not sure whether it is true or not. However we did have strong enough wifi signal but no internet connection. It is close to Kelana jaya station where you take buses or shuttle buses bound for surrounding shopping centers. I stayed there to attend a course at SEQU training center and the shuttle bus pick-up point is 3 min. walk away. Overall, we had some issues but were happy enough considering the price!

Budget hotel for short stay”

We stayed at Room #108, a standard queen room. The room size is the same with the description. It is suitable for short stay only. It's located about 2 KM from Paradigm Mall, across LRT Kelana Jaya Station. There is shuttle bus from Paradigm Mall to Kelana Jaya Station. The room is clean enough but I spotted black fungus in the corner of shower. The bed sheet is white and clean but towel looks old and yellowish. The staff is ok. They will clean the room if only requested when you extend your stay. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower has very good water pressure. TV has local channel only, no Astro. WiFi is disconnected many times. There is coffee/tea maker in the room but coffee nor tea is provided. The receptionist will give 2 remote control when guest check in and this hotel required refundable deposit Rm 50. The Rm 50 deposit will be returned when guest return 2 remote control when check out. It is to get Uber / Grab in this location but not many food stalls near by.
