Pros : First thing is their elevator makes you feel luxury with this hotel even though price per night only less RM100, their bed are nice and neat, plus the bathroom looks so tremendous,fascinating! Cons : No breakfast provided as far I know, the hotel just beside the highway, quite noisy if you choose room with window, another is there is same hotel with same name nearby, quite confusing so need to check their address before place a booking

Sound insulation & cleanliness problem”

Everything is okay for the hotel, I like the toilet and the shower. Staff is okay, I give neutral rate instead of good rating because when I arrived the hotel for check-in, the counter staff was away, nobody at the counter for serving me. It makes me waited 30 minutes. Except the sound insulation is very poor, you are able to hear the sound of the bike at the highway and people who are talking at the corridor. Besides that, Overall cleanliness is okay, but the mattress has tea stains or food stains. So I give a low rate for the cleanliness.

Value for money. The night shift staff is so arrogant and im not very like his attitude, different with a woman who works for morning shift, very polite and soft spoken. Overall, the room is so good. And near to ioi mall and also tesco. The security also very good. Toilet is great, bed is good. No need to bring hair dryer because they provide one in the toilet.

This hotel allows his beloved contractor to work on a Sunday morning at 9 am, and they continue working when there was a hotel guess make a complaint to the house keeping, but the crewing still continues, they stopped the crewing around 4 pm. I totally regretted to stay here for 4 nights. This will be my last time. IF YOUR HOTEL IS NOT READY TO OPEN PLEASE STAY CLOSE !

Location is in Puchong city however cleanliness in room is bad, is a non smoking room but when check in, there is smoking smell around the room.

I have no problem in the pass in cheking in to this hotel, overall I still think the room condition is acceptable. For this time, I have requested the receiptionist to change one of my room as one of the rooms door and some other amenities are not in good condition, he told me no room to exchange. I would think the management should re-look into upgrading/upkeep the rooms in good condition before event sell the rooms out to customers.

Pros: Lots of parking spaces, Easy to check-in, walking distance (5-10 mins) to Tesco, Setiawalk and LRT Pusat Bandar Puchong Cons: Dirty bed sheets, pillow sheets & blanket (visible yellowish stains, brownish colour linen and with some hairs underneath the blanket). The worst scenario is, the male receptionist refused to change the linen due to unlogical explaination that I have already checked in 2 hours and they will only change in the morning. I have not even used the bed yet! The rudest male receptionist ever! No complimentary mineral water & tissue paper in the room.
