We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Annex executive though the approach to the hotel is not pleasant but it's in a prime accessible location, the rooms are very comfortable with remarkable interiors and complimentary breakfast served in the rooms,the decor is amazingservices ,the person at the reception Mr.Sameer was very helpful and prompt even the security guard and cheers to Mr.Amin Pathan (owner-I guess) who was very kind and generously gave us a complimentary drop to the airport since we were late and cudnt get through Uber .transaction.thank you sir me and my family had a wonderful time.

As I arrived at the hotel late evening it was a bit of a surprise since there is not a foyer like we are used to in usual hotels. The hotels in on the 2nd floor of the building but as i entered the hotel floor it was clean, tastefully done, and efficient in service. A solo traveller in a big city, Annexe Executive gave me all I could ask for. Quality stay, attentive and responsive staff, great service and a sense of security. I had a wonderful stay. thank you

Enjoyed my stay here, the outside of the building looks pretty dirty but it's clean on the inside. Staff has incredibly helpful when I was having trouble with my local SIM and called customer service for me to sort it out. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the airport and free breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here given it's cost relative to the other hotels in Mumbai.

The staff of Hotel Anax Executive - Mr Pathan (GM) and the receptionist was there on duty on 17th Nov evening was very helpful. I was very sick and returned to the hotel on 17th and they arranged their company vehicle to take me to a hospital. Mr Pathan personally took me to the hospital. It was a never forgetting personal help I never expected.

The outlook is dangerous but the rooms are beautiful for a busy business traveller, its centrally located if one is on the corporate travel cause all the corporates are in the vicinity, they take care of the guest very nicely. they don't have restaurant that's the sad part of this hotel as you have to order from room service which they procure from outside and deliver or you travel to nearby restaurants which is expensive in comparison with your stay budget cause they all are in big category hotels. so if you are staying there then you have to have food somewhere and reach to the hotel. if hotel starts the restaurant they will be able to earn good money from there inhouse guest only.

first of all need to mention One thing..during our stay in hotel,we forgot our ring in washroom. room boy has kept it safely, without much tension and hustle we got it back. in a days where it is extreme rare to see such good humans..we are extra grateful to that room service boy. a well appreciation is required for Mr.deepak. Regarding hotel,room were neat and clean...staff are polite and helping.Rooms are well spacious. my overall rating is 4/5.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the airport. The services were very good including complimentary breakfast, wifi, and airport pickup and drop. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative is the two flights of stairs that you need to take before getting to the hotel's main floor.

Mr Ramesh was completely understanding when I had mis-booked for one instead of two people and allowed us to pay later. The staff were friendly and efficient. Mr Veeru was the most helpful and spoke the best English. You can get laundry done at a good price (per item) and can request for different types of breakfast. Just watch the hot water which is best caught in a bucket as the tank is small and refills slowly. It was good value for someone on a budget. The room was great and services were excellent.

Value for money stay”

Budget hotel for an overnight stay in busy andheri industrial area, with about 30 mins from international airport. Staff is polite and friendly. Hotel is not located in a densely populated industrial estate area, with constant people moving all the time. One of the biggest drawback is, this place has NO elevator. Hotel is located in 2nd (Ground+2) floor. So if you have heavy bags, good luck carrying them. The bell desk seems to be more of a security guard, as he did not budge nor did he offer to carry them, when he saw me coming with couple of heavy suitcases. Hotel is next to a High tech biz park. So you will see lot (groups of 6 to 8 men) of young folks smoking in front and adjacent to the hotel entrance. Hotel provides free in room breakfast, I did not opt for it, so cannot comment on food. I tried to get an auto-rickshaw to the international airport, driver wanted Rs 100/-, instead of running the meter (which could have been about Rs 50 to 60). I opted for Uber at Rs 95/-.

Excellant hotel for family stay, very helpful and coordial reception, staff is very helpful, supportive, attentive and provide every sort of help. I would here like to name few i meet like Mr Amin at reception, and other staff Inam, Sanjay, Saddam, Ramesh and Singh. Complimentary breakfast is good quality and sufficinet quantity will help you for rest of the day. Only negative points, congested entrance looks shabby but excellant location near to airport, no lift but staff will take care of your luggage. Conclusion: I enjoyed my 3 say stay, will recomend 5Star points.

New 1 star hotel”

Had to wait until 1pm to check-in because they are fully booked. A little hard to find by Taxi. The owner should have taken advantage of the renovation of the Hotel rooms considering it is located at the second floor of an old building. They said it just started operation last November, but the quality of work by the construction in the bathroom and rooms are just average. If I am the owner I would have watched carefully the construction, It had the potential to look 3 star hotel without spending more. The hotel rate was reasonable but they could be earning more long term, if they made it more look cozy and retain the room rates. Very poor internet signal and only have Subway Sandwiches as the nearest western food available with a 8min. walk. There is a chinese restaurant nearby but I do not think it was worth it.

Average to my expectations”

I travelled with my family. Facilities against offering doesn't match. It's too costly against the other properties in Mumbai, thought if I was giving that amount of money for aquadraple room, I may get likewise facilities too. No internet facility given for all my 3 night stay there. TV channels were not working and they promised me they will rectify but didn't turned up. Location is fine in the middle of the market. So, if you are not liking the food, tea ( which is bit expensive) then you may go downstairs and get things ready in the market. Housekeeping staff were helpful. I would say, in the same price one can look for other properties unless they deliver things as they promised. It's easier said than done for this hotel.

-Location was safe and clean. -24 Hours Security. -Rooms are on the 2nd floor (No Elevator). -Uber available always within 5 minutes. -Shops right next door with food/water/medicines, etc. -10 mins from airport, and free airport transfers (Friendly Driver). -Nice, spacious, and clean rooms (Friendly Staff). -Nice big flat screen TV with a lot of channels (500+) -Clean and fresh bedsheets/towels, but some color stains probably from the past. -Meals menu/delivery available in room (Not Expensive). -Paper copies 20 Rupees per page (Expensive). Overall, experience was great and totally satisfied! 😊
