Good location for the Sunday Market”
Good location for us, and car parking available. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We arrived later in the evening and after we had checked in and been in the room a little, we realized it was not cooling off. We spoke with the front desk and the moved us to a different room. That ac was not working either. It was late and we were tired, so we tried to sleep through it. The next morning we spoke with the front desk again and they moved us again - after making sure the ac worked. They were very nice and helpful about the whole situation. We will look at this hotel for our next visit to Kochi.

1) Basic business hotel. Minimum facilities. 2) Self service Iron Press or Iron Board 3) Parking at doorstep on site. Free. 4) We stayed in Double Room. But room size small. large luggage may pose problem.

Friendly Reception, Free Parking and Bikes”
Friendly reception staff. Boutique like hotel located just outside of the CBD of Kochi. Kochi is a pretty compact city so location is still pretty convenient and most places would be only a short walk. We drove into Kochi so the free parking is a good perk. The hotel has some bikes for guests to use for free which was great to get around quickly. Rooms are VERY compact and the bed is a little tight for two people., fine if you don't mind sleeping close.

The hotel is small but nice. It’s located in a residential area and it’s required to walk 10-15 min from Kochi station. It’s also 10-15 min walk to the main shopping street. I did have a comfortable stay there

Exceptional”
Hotel was approx 700m walk to JR station. Didn't seem to take long even with 3 large bags. Room was large, had 3 big single beds. Staff were very helpful even with a language barrier. Able to drop luggage before check in so as to look around. Wifi did the job fine. Would have no issue staying here again.

The receptionist is not friendly towards us”
We drove to the hotel and parked at one of the parking space in front of the hotel. A receptionist came out and I asked him politely if we can park our car here and check in first. He said ‘no’ rudely and asked us to park at the space near the door. We understand that this is our fault to park without permission in the first place and we have followed his guidance to park next to the door. Yet, he still thought that we were not parking well under his expectation and we parked again. We felt a bit upset after that as we stayed in hotel areaone takamatsu, the receptionists are nice and helpful. However, the room itself is clean and tidy, the size is acceptable.

Very small!”
I knew it would be small as the only room I could find while trying to book was "single for 2 " (and smoking). But it is reaaaaaally small! Very difficult to open a suitcase. It is not convenient for 2 persons. By the way, the hotel is nice, well located close to the station and the staff very nice, they even turned my reservation for a non smoking room, which was better :o) Thank you.

Everything was good, we loved that they provided us free bicycles rental it was easy to get around town. The bathroom was really small it was fine for me but for my boyfriend it was too small for him. Overall it was a really nice hotel. Would defiantly stay here again. I recommend to grab the free pillow that they offer in front of the elevator on your floor, to me the pillow that they had in the room was not comfortable.

Acceptable for the money”
Owing to change of plan we had difficulty to hunt for hotel. Or room was fine but a bit small as room had run out. But generally the room conditions were good - good heating, shower/bath but don't expect any English program on TV as so far all the 3 stars hotels I stayed in japan didn't provide cable TV.
