Close to legoland and Hello kitty park ”

My family and I enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Hotel Ariana, I will definitely booked my stay with them again in the future. Both the lady counter staffs were very friendly. Sorry did not got their names though.

Exceptional”

Bargain hotel for the price we paid. There are shops and eateries nearby .. and its just about 10 minute to Puteri Harbor and Legoland. Room is clean and comfy..

Faulty Toilet”

The only problem was the toilet flush that is faulty. In fact, I don't loose anything but water kept flushing out after pressing the button. But did manage to stop it a couple of times. On another, I'm not sure who's fault is this --- Agoda or Ariana. Upon check in, Ariana is not able to find my bookin albeit I showed the receptionist my Agoda confirmation. Good thing it wasn't a school holiday so not much issue. Otherwise I'll be very piss. But I hope this doesn't happen to future customers again.

Good, near to Legoland(5 min) and Hello Kitty Town (10 min)”

Staff so helpful and friendly. Facilities satisfied. Cleanliness just OK, not so clean but acceptable since we spent more time at the Legoland and Hello Kitty Town. Shops and restaurants are nearby, but need to cross the road. Free parking is available. Also, friendly muslim hotel.

Excellent”

Pros- Stay 2 nights with my family for Legoland trip, value for money, location is good, plenty of parking, staff is friendly and helpful. Cons- Room is quite small but still ok. Avoid room facing parking area, animals hotel in opposite side sometimes sound so noisy.

Decent stay for a quick transit ”

Decent enough hotel with good beds shared with 2 adults, a big kid and two smaller children for a night’s stay. Location was close enough to Legoland . Unfortunately, the internet was not working, but that was fine at the end.

Family room spacious”

I booked a family room (room 101). Suit for 2 adult and 2/3 kids. There are 2 king size bed. There's a small veranda. Bathtub n hot shower in the bathroom. Simple toiletries in the toilet. Free flow of coffee @ coffee machine. 10 mins drive to Legoland. Can find eateries nearby. Lot of parking lots.

Night before Legoland”

We had 1 night stay only before we went to Legoland. Its very near to Legoland. Lots of parking (on weekends). Queen bed with comfy mattress & pillow. kettle, drinking water, hot shower, towel. water dispenser available at lobby. My room had cracks on the flooring and LED light covers were missing, but we didn't mind since we'll be checking out early morning. Shops and restaurants aplenty at the opposite side of the hotel.

Great design room”

The aircond was a bit mind boggling. It felt none existent during the day, but super cool at night. Some minor maintenance with the bedside lights would definitely help. About 20 min drive from legoland. It's in a suburb area so we had very peaceful sleep. There's a 24hrs DIY laundry nearby, so that's a plus. Overall we had a good stay here.

Easy access”

For those who arrived in the evening and want to avoid JB jam, this hotel location is easily access for travellers from the north. However, you will need to travel quite a distance if want to go to JB from the hotel, which you can do it at your own time. The hotel is clean and pleasant. Restaurant locate not far away from the hotel.

place is great. staff are friendly. cheap food just opposite of the hotel. strong wifi signal. overall an awesome experience for such a cheap price.

near to legoland. theres a restaurant nearby. a mini mart for you to stockup before heading to singapore

Value for money”

For the stated price, definitely a good deal. I took the large room with 2 queen size beds, slightly cramped but cozy. The TV reception is horrendous but WiFi is acceptable. About RM24 taxi ride to Legoland.

Basic, but worth for value”

Friendly Manager & staff. When we ask for water pressure checking, they change the room for us. This is my 3rd times stay with Ariana.

Value for money”

My husband had an appointment near the hotel so we decided to book 1 night here before moving to another hotel in the city center. Room is acceptable clean. However, the table where the kettle and glasses were placed are broken. I believe its better to change the faulty furniture. Especially its a family room and kids are bound to bump into the table with very small space. For the price we paid, it is definitely value for money. Staff is very helpful. Overall, its a good budget hotel.

Great stay”

Nice, huge and clean room but not a soundproof room. We can hear the dog barking at night because the animal hotel is opposite of this hotel.

Location near Legoland”

10 mins drive to Legoland. Spacious parking lot. Room with simple toiletries.

Just 15 min drive to Legoland. The room big n spacious. There are many parking lot in front the hotel. Many eateries nearby.
