Early check-in. Comfortable beds. No noise (twin room on Floor 7). Excellent receptionist. Modern shower facilities (without a platform, but with a tightly-closing glass door separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom). Huge mirrors. Two armchairs and a simple chair in front of a desk - in a twin room! Fine location: 15 min of leisurely walking to the RR terminal (never believe those sportsmen telling you about 3 min:))). Tokman clothes and food store nearby, at the corner. Budget buffet meals in the nearby metro station (c. 10 euro), - various cuisines. No a/c. High thresholds on the floor for you to stumble over every time you go the bathroom and back:)) On weekdays, the breakfast is till 9.30 :((( - simple, but sufficient. And their buffet lunch is only till 2pm...

Staff is impolite”
My wife told me that she has a terrible experience during our stay in this hotel. When my wife was using toilet at ground floor, a female cleaner is anxious to finish her work. She knock at the toilet door heavily, complaining that my wife has been using the toilet for all day long, even though my wife just enter a few minites ago. When my wife came out, the cleaner looked at my wife with impolite eyes, and pretend to vomit. All the behaviour from the cleaner make us feel uncomfortable. Beyond that, when I was waiting for my wife outside, I have to sit at the hotel restaurant which is close to toilet, because the lobby is too small and it was full of guests. However, the staff expelled me out from the restaurant as the restaurant is closed. I was so inconvenient and I had to wait standing out side the hotel.

Budget hotel in great location”
It was a 500 meters walk from the Helsinki Railway station and is bang in the middle of everything. The hotel was not the greatest, but the staff was friendly and I did not really face any issues.

Carísimo para lo cutre que es”
Nada más entrar en la habitación encontramos un trozo de uña mordida encima de la mesita. El hueco bajo las camas no había visto escoba ni aspirador en meses. La habitación era enana, sin espacio ni para abrir la única maleta que llevábamos. La temperatura no se puede controlar, y entra aire por la junta de la ventana, en la cabecera de la cama. No hay enchufes cerca de la cama. El desayuno sin embargo es excepcional, con todo tipo de dulce y salado y variedad de zumos y bebidas calientes. Por 20€ más de lo que cuesta (que es bastante, por cierto) te puedes coger un hotel enormemente mejor o incluso un apartamento.

初めてのヘルシンキでしたが、スタッフの方は何を聞いても親切に教えてくれました。駅にも近くて便利でした。1泊だけでしたので、バイキングの朝ごはんも種類もけっこうあって満足しました。荷物の部屋があって預かってくれます。部屋はシンプルで必要最低限という感じですが泊まるだけなら問題なし。 ポットもありました。ただシャワーのところが狭くて、シャワーカーテンが背中にひっつくのが気になったくらいです。

コンパクトで一人旅なら十分な客室が提供される。シャワーやトイレも清潔で不満無し。荷物預かりは、フロントの奥に専用の部屋があって、フロントに声かけすると鍵を開けてもらえる。チェックアウト後も利用可能。電車駅も近いし、路面電車の電停もすぐそこ。

4年前に初めて利用して良かったので再訪です。 朝御飯も普通に美味しいし、部屋も広いし。 なによりサウナが利用できるのはありがたいです。 しかも、綺麗です！ 立地もヘルシンキ大聖堂など徒歩圏内でばっちりです。

リフォームされてピカピカ”
部屋はベーシックだが清潔で快適でした。湯沸かしポットや国際電源アダプターは無かったが、フロントに言ったら貸してくれました。朝食は種類豊富で、とても美味しかった。立地も、鉄道の中央駅から徒歩5分、トラムやバスの停留所は目の前で、とても便利です。観光の中心まで歩いて10分ほど。近くに手頃な料理店もありました。玉に瑕は、シャワーブースが狭く、水圧も弱いこと。でも床に上手く勾配がつけてあり、水びたしにはなりませんでした。お手頃なシングルが取れてラッキーでしたが、お金があればサウナ付の部屋に泊まってみたかった。共用のサウナは１時間10€で、貸し切りなのでちょっと高い。

中央駅から歩いて10分。近くにスーパーもあり便利でした。朝食ビュッフェもヨーロッパでは良い方だとと思う。スタッフの対応良し。難点は部屋が狭くトイレの中にシャワーがありシャワー使うと便座がびしょびしょになりシャワー中身動きできない狭さ。冷房なし。
