Spotless, quiet, very comfortable”
By Japanese standards the rooms are quite large, and furnished in an almost Scandinavian style. Everything is spotless. There was a good workdesk area and a comfortable chair with a side table, and a nice view towards downtown Yokohama. The location at the train station is great, as the hotel lobby is on the 10th floor (hotel rooms above that) and floors 2-9 mostly consist of shopping, including a large grocery area on the 2nd floor, along with some restaurants. Very handy. I purchased the hotel buffet breakfast, and found it to be very good. The subway ride into downtown Yokohama took about 20 minutes. I found the subway very easy to use. Overall I found it a great option, although some people might want to stay right in downtown Yokohama - but if you do that you will likely pay quite a bit more for an equivalent room, or else if you want to pay the same price you will have to settle for something that is not nearly as nice. I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is located at the Shin-Yokohama station, so it was very easy to get there. There a lot of places to eat and shop nearby. Also, there are plenty of options for transportation. The room was clean with all the accommodations needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you were planning to visit Yokohama.

Excellent location and Great hospitality”
This Hotel is right about the main Shin-Yokahama Station, which makes traveling in and out of Yokohama such an ease. Good size room and bathrooms. Facilities - Gym included and also drinks machine as a convenient. Very attentive staff and helpful as always. Few minutes walk to most cafes and shops. At the heart of Shin-Yokohama Station, do not have to worry about food or such cos there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, supermarket, convenient store. Just a perfect location!!!

We spent 5 nights at this hotel located in Shin Yokohama. Fantastic location upstairs from the station - in the heart of Shin Yokohama. Restaurants and shops on the door step and of course easy access by Shinkansen in any direction or local line Yokohama line. Easy walk to the international stadium. We had breakfast included which was a super buffet mix of Japanese and Western foods. Nice touch is the lounge area providing refreshments during the day. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel eco friendly We would stay here again

Shin yokohama location is great. Hotel staff very accommodating and lots of shopping and food options. Bathrooms are nice and rooms comfortable enough. The only hiccup was the music that starts playing at 0630pm hallways/corridors if the speaker is outside your room then you will hear it..staff member was unable to reduce volume. C'mon hotel associa who needs muzak while they walk to the elevator?

First time stay in Yokohama”
The location is good as the hotel is just above the train station. I would recommend for those opting for easy accessible location to stay this hotel. Secondly, the room is spacious and I'm quite surprised in Japan, you can get spacious room! Thirdly, the breakfast is good as they offer huge variety of choices, mostly Amercian style and coffee is nice too.

Lounge Access”
I am not sure about the definition of lounge access. Normally, lounge access means breakfast and afternoon tea. This hotel means coffee, tea and juice. Lots of Japanese inns provide this service but they do not advertise as lounge access. Also, the room size is smaller than than the pictures they show. The location might be OK for Shinkansen users but it is not recommendable for those who plan to use subway to Yokohama hot places and Tokyo. It is better to stay in Yokohama station area.
