Black mold and spiders ”

Black mold was everywhere. In the room itself and the entire walls of the bathroom. Spiders were everywhere too.

Good location but nothing more”

Location is good, right in the middle of Chinatown, however the hotel is super dirty, with marking everywhere in the room; Room size is extremely small, it only allows room to open a carry on luggage and you need to climb/jump to the bed; not to mention the shower and toilet are together in a small area, and is also super tiny, you cannot sit on the bowl to do "big business" comfortably because your knees will hit the wall (for reference I am only 176cm tall)!

Expensive for what it was”

This place was seriously overpriced for what it was. The air-conditioner leaked onto the TV, the room of the bathroom hadn't been cleaned and there was no toilet paper and kept having to ask for it for our stay. Honestly, it wasn't terrible (definitely stayed in worse) but it was waaaay too expensive for what we got considering how we found it. Staff were a bit clueless, too. Would maybe recommend staying for 2 nights but anymore than that, you might want to consider looking for some place else.

Consider environment and location of the hotel, bed and size of the room, and the money I had pay, it good enough. But not recommend for traveler need to stay more than 4 days.

The location is great within the Chinatown attraction, resto, bars, shops are just down the hotel. I like how Azura assisted us during our stay, she’s nice and accommodating. With this I am giving them 4 stars. WorkingBut will not recommend this if traveling with family. No service lift, the escalator going down was not working so we needed to carry on our own heavy luggages down the not working escalator. Old room which needs refurbishment. Walls are dirty, beds can feel the spring and noisy when you move (bunk bed). Toilet was not that clean when we checked in, there were like white molds on the wall, when you shower the water was all over the toilet floor since it’s just install right after the toilet bowl. Ants were crawling in cabinets and some parts of the wall. Overall review, not recommend.

Good location ”

It's clean and comfy. I will recommend this hotel since we travel as a couple and most of the time we are outside to explore Singapore. Near in restaurants and transportation 😊

Worst Ever hotel. ”

Worst Ever hotel, They are disgrace to the Tourism Industry. They should not operate. Their escalator, is not working, all day & night. Though they charge a premium price, but without the service. They said, about hourly charge, but they don't provide it. So we had to sit in the dirty congested lounge for 5hrs to check-in. Kids were exhausted, and sick.

Very bad, I booked 4 persons per room there was only 2 towel when I asked staff they said no stock. Room was very dirty. Staff was not ready to support guest. I am very disappointed this hotel

Worst 3 stars hotel I tried ”

I had been trying different hotel in SG for staycation. This 3 stars hotel is the worst I had. The staff not friendly the bed so bad & the bedsheet got stain. But the location is good.

Strong urine smell”

I been book for 5 days 4 night. Really disappointed for the room. The toilet strong of urine smell. We ask for changing rooms but no action. Everyday i complaints. Really spoil our vacation. Strongly not recommended to stay there. How come let the customers stay at the room full of urine smell and refuse change the room for us. What use for us spend money to stay such terrible hotel.
