Outstanding value for money”
Our room was just fantastic. It was immaculate and well appointed. When entering the main door, there's an entrance space with the sparkling toilet in its own room, then a bathroom space with large mirror, sink and amenities (hair drier, towels, toothbrush, lotions, etc.), with a large shower cubicle also separated by a door. And then the bedroom with it's comfortable mattress and pillows, and huge TV. These separate spaces really made the room comfortable, and prevented any feeling of being boxed in. We wished we'd been able to stay longer than one night. The staff on the front desk were not very friendly when we arrived on the evening of October 5th, which was the only down side of our stay. The different lady on the front when we were leaving, however, was lovely. As were the breakfast staff!

One Night Stay”
Clean and has everything you need. They provide a wash bag with PJ’s and a small towel. Women’s floor secure with showers and toilet close by. Pod area is private with a Curtin and Tv, small table and light. Light breakfast in the morning. All in all couldn’t complain. Clean and exactly What you need for one night to sleep. Would stay again.

My second staying”
I was staying here 3 years ago. This time I am here for Kumamoto marathon. It changes its name, and is still perfect. Staffs are friendly. They clean your bunk everyday. The room, restaurant and lock room are very warm, except the hallways. The shared bathroom is clean and comfortable. It is suitable for a solo traveler or a man in business trip to stay. A really nice place.

The stay was very nice and quiet. Staff were very nice. Cons: You have to get out of your stay during 10am-3pm for cleaning. The water pressure was extremely weak. The hot and cold water was hard to adjust as you move slightly too much it will be super hot. Shower was not pleasant. Not a place that you can meet other travelers. Great sleep. Clean beds

Good”
Quite good place to stay. All needed in room. Polite and kind reception staff even they don't speak English. One minus is location, 30 min to Kumamoto station (JR), 18 min by tram

No Stay between 10-15 o'clock”
Positiv: really nice facilities Clean rooms Free sauna and onsen Negative: There is no note that says you have to leave the hotel between 10-15 o'clock on the website. You have to get everything out of the room every day if you stay longer than one day. Sure they secure it at the reception but this is a really comfort minus.

Very good”
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the major departmental stores of Kumamoto, & Kumamoto Castle. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop Suidocho. The private room was really stylish, & clean. Especially the bathroom so it made feel like you were staying in a boutique hotel, despite being a business/capsule hotel. The only downside was the public bath was rather dirty, with trash everywhere in the showering area. The bathwater was lukewarm too. The staff were nice & helpful. They ensure that I had a smooth check-in & made is possible for my older brother to check in when he came by later. Another downside was that I was shocked they asked me to pay 300JPY for another towel when I requested. The only reason I could think of was that it is a capsule hotel first foremost.

Very comfortable and you have your own privacy. The location is also very good, 15 minutes walk from Kumamoto Castle. The only downside is there are no proper showers, only the shared ones in the communal bath area

Good location”
I stay in superior pod,the whole floor only 4 bathrooms & 6 toilets which I think that is not enough. Yet,they do not provide locker for my luggage/backpack in my pod, thus I have to carry my values things around even I just go for toilet. But overall I am satisfy with this price.

A Capsule hotel for men and women.”
It is a decent capsule with a breakfast card and shower. If you need a place to spend a night quietly alone, this is a good place to go. On weekends it is more expensive than the weekdays. There are lockers for each guest. As well as pajamas.

There better options ”
It looks fancy from the outside but actually it’s just a dated creepy business hotel. The locker system is weird and it was way too hot inside the sleeping area. Staff was semi-friendly, breakfast a total miss. It’s a set menu consisting mostly of meat. So vegetarians are not gonna get much out of it. And even the bread tasted weird. I won’t be back.

You will love to stay here as it is close to the attractions in kumamoto, it is cheap, but comfortable! And you may have a chance to try the traditional bathing style of Japan.

If you want to experience the capsule hotel. Then this is it. You get two towels, razor, tooth brush. They have a public bath inside so you can clean up and relax. They also have a relax room where if you want to just watch tv or eat. Morning time you get a free breakfast voucher (two pieces of toast and salad and boiled egg with coffee). One thing I had to complain about and it's not the hotel itself. It's the other tourists that were next to me in the capsule room. Usually when you're in that room. It's proper etiquette for it to be a completely silent place. So chit chatting, opening your luggage, and slamming doors is usually frowned upon and will aggravate Japanese locals staying there. Other than that the hotel is amazing and still retains the capsule hotel culture.
