Location is far from station but the service from the staff is excellent. The Staff at Hotel Concorde Hamamatsu provide lots of information for tourists spot and local hot spot, even though they cannot speak English. You can feel they are trying their best. Room is clean and the room is totally acceptable for the view/price/size. I will rate it 8 out of 10 due to location and language barrier. Hamamatsu will be a good location for a 2 days stay if you are travelling to nearby tourist hotspots. Quiet, peaceful place.

The hotel facilities is very good, food is excellent, Location is very near to Hamamatsu Castle, The restaurant in the hotel have 3 selection French, Chinese and Japanese restaurant. The staff is accommodating and very nice, modess and professional. The room is normal size for single room as Japanese traditional cut. Highly recommended.

stay was hassle-free. room is clean and sufficiently big enough for me. staff is friendly. there is no obstruction in front of the hotel and you can even see the hamamatsu castle from the room. location is pretty quiet as it is away from the city center but still within walking distance. did not dine in the hotel.

The horizontal width of the entire city is visible 180 degrees if there is no heavy cargo , you going to this hotel by walking from the station and, in front of the station, many bus go to the hotel just.

¡De maravilla!”
Un lugar muy agradable, con un montón de comodidades, aunque un poco lejos de la estación central para ir andando. Los desayunos están muy bien, el lugar es amplio y la habitación está muy bien mantenida. Lo malo de la habitación, es que el televisor es un poco antiguo y pequeño.

驚き以外のなにでもありません。 部屋に電話がありません。 見た目は大きくで立派に見えますが、築約40年で、一度も改装をしていないとも思えるくらい老朽化してました。

とてもすごしやすかったです。前に浜松城もあり、散歩もできます。最上階に見晴らしの良い漫画コーナーがあり誰でも無料で使用できてよかったです。

落ち着いたホテル”
昔からあるホテルと言えばのホテルでした。 駐車場の出し入れが自由で駅からは距離があるけど車で行くなら何も問題なく、 場所もわかりやすくてとても良かったです。 確かに設備やお部屋は古さも感じますが フロントの方々は物腰が柔らかく、朝に見かけるハウスキーパーの方々(男性が多い)も 清々しい挨拶をしてくれて気持ちよく滞在しました。 今回２泊したのですが荷物を広げていたので お掃除はしなくて大丈夫の札をドアにかけて 出かけたらドアノブに新しいタオル一式を 置いていてくれて心遣いに感動しました。 また機会があったら泊まりたいホテルです。
