Can get much better for same low price”

Hotel was clean and staff were polite. However facilities were basic. No lift and no amenities such as fridge, kettle in room. Also very big room key which has to be carried around at all times when you leave room. Having moved on to other hotels in the area it is quite easy to get much more for same or lower price range

Great location. If your cool with no window in room, non working tv, no international plug to plug cellphone, no shampoo, request toilet paper, toilet/shower combo then this place works. Not ideal for me though. But the staff were pretty nice.

Decent Place: Staff needs training”

Decent basic Guesthouse. It is NOT a hotel by any means. Also, do not get a room downstairs by the front desk as it is loud at night. The front desk man is rude and talks loudly until 3A. They need to put a thick door between the front desk and the hallway that leads to the rooms. Also, walls are are thin so you can hear the doors and conversations of the room next to you. Don’t expect free water, there is no fridge and no safe there to keep your stuff. Also, to feel more safe it would be nice if they add a second lock on the inside door. I will say you will enjoy the bed and all the new items that are in the room (sink,toilet,shower,mirrors). Lastly, be ready to pay RM10 ($2.50) each night for foreign tourist fee and leave a deposit for the remote for the TV,A/C, and Room Key of RM50 ($12.50). I will not be back here again. You can try this place for yourself...have fun.

Small room and situated at the back of Alor street, it is not convenient at night time if you lady because some pub nearby.

Rooms are smelly and small, receptionist is bad mannered and rude , lamps of staircase and lane are turned off . Strictly not recommended unless if you want your stay to be awful

It's not clean! I found sex toy of the previous booking upon check-in which means they didn't properly cleaned. The staff was cold. Unfortunately I don't recommend it to anyone.

It is ok for the Budget traveller but there is no Life”

the price they are charging is fine with the facilities but the worst thing is you have transfer your luggage through stairs and if you have Big bags so be prepare your self for hard work.

Standard room to small, there’s not enough space to pray, the bedsheets dirty .. i got my room at 1st floor but on the staircase area its to dark they don’t open any lamps Definitely wouldn’t stay in the future

Me alojé en este hotel para pasar una escala larga esperando volar a otro sitio. Está francamente bien. Nuevo, limpio, sin lujos pero correcto. El precio además es mucho más que excelente. Repetiría sin duda en una ocasión similar.
