Thank you for your review. We always do schedule maintenance on all our facilities especially our ac. Most of the time our guest wrongly select ac mode and this will minimize the ac functionalities. You should have ask our front office for any assistant for any help. Our hotel just a double story building which need not any lift et all. Further our stairs is not too stiff and i am very sure even the elderly people didnt find difficulty to go up. BTw, we also have the rooms on the ground level to meet the requirements.
