Comfortable stay”

Good services and location. With onsen and noodles for supper are the plus. Breakfast is very nice with difference choices. Comfortable stay!

Worth for money”

Hotel website does not give clarity on parking. When we arrived , hotel said no parking available in their facility ( paid) and they asked us to use a nearby parking where we had to pay a lot. Rest all fine

Be prepared”

When I made a reservation, this was one of the cheapest option that I could find. It was pretty rundown as the hotel building is quite old. The rooms have pretty thin walls so I could hear running along the corridor and my neighbours slamming their doors. The perk of this place is that it’s really near the station!!

全館空調システム共通の室内温度に設定されており、寒かったので温度を上げることは出来なかった。個人差は有るので各部屋で温度を調整出来る設備にすべきでは ナイトウエアは加齢臭が気になった

駅が近くて良かったですが、駐車場が無いし、近くの駐車場の割引も100円と少なくて残念でした。料金が余変わらなければ、総合的には駅前の綺麗なホテルが食事に行くのにも便利で，駅前の恐竜のオブジェも見れるので次回は考えたいと思います。

このお値段で駅近、朝食ついているホテルは初めてです。お風呂などには、隅などにカビがあり清潔感には欠けておりました。2人なので、シングルでは無くツインベッドを希望したらそのように手配してくださりサービスは良かったです。

ホテルのスタッフは優しい方でしたが、設備が、、、”

ちょっと古めなホテルです。 エレベーターがとにかく混みます。 トイレの水箱が何かトラブルあったみたいで、流したらずっと音を鳴っていました。 スタッフさんがそれを直した後、wifiの接続が急に出来なくて、その日論文を書く予定でしたので、すごく焦りました。 電話でフロントに連絡した後、部屋を変えてもらって、オンランク上の部屋へ引っ越していましたが、 翌日早い時に清掃のスタッフが部屋に強引突破しようとドアを何回も叩き、ガシャガシャしていました。フロントに連絡したら、隣の部屋と勘違いし入ろうとしていた事が判明しました。 説明の態度は優しかったし、お礼にお茶とマスクをいただきました。 ありがたいですが、ちゃんと休み取れてないし、怖い思い出があったので、返金の形じゃないとちょっと損した気がします。

家族4人でダブルベッド1つ…”

夜遅くに到着して、子供たちも疲れきってグズっていました。駐車場が分からず聞きに行くと、丁寧に空きを確認してくださり、対応も良かったです。 ただ、部屋に入って愕然…小さな子供2人と夫婦2人なのに、ダブルベッド1つしか無かったのです。予約時にセミダブルのツインを希望していたので、すぐにフロントに電話してみると、ダブルしか取れなかったと連絡したけど、こちらが何も反応しなかったと。もう空き部屋も無いと言われ、真夜中でしたので、仕方なくなんとかパズルのようにして寝ました。友人家族も同じ状況だったのですが、連絡(メール)が来た形跡は無かったです。行き違いだったのかもしれないのですが、寝返りも打てず疲れも取れないし、モヤモヤしました…
