A Very Nice Hotel”
We liked its large balcony that we can see pretty mountain views straight from our room. We rented a room with dinner and breakfast and we especially liked its excellent choices of good quality foods and wines.

Unexpectedly good”
I picked this hotel at Nasu as my family and I planned to visit Nasu Animal Kingdom near the Hotel (just 20-30 minutes drive). We did not expect much but for a room to stay for a night. Unexpectedly, we were impressed. The hotel staff at front desk or restaurant was very nice and helpful, especially the front desk staff who took the initiate to find out if there was any mistake about the charge when she noted that the information given by Agoda was incorrect. Both dinner & breakfast buffet had different kinds of cuisine. Onsen was good and the Hotel had warm water pool for hotel guest. But most importantly the view of the room is magnificent. Luckily it was cloudless on the other day and we could see the sunrise from the Nasu Highland. However, maybe it was near the Japanese New Year, it was bad that we needed to line up for almost half an hour for breakfast.

嬉しいのは、大きくお風呂、プール、食事の３つです！ お風呂は首が座った子なら座りながら洗える椅子があってたり、子ども用のボディソープ、ローションがあったりといたれりつくせり。 プールは１０時〜で、初日のチェックインが遅く、次の日に入りました。水着も大人、子ども共に５００円で借りれたり、プール用のオムツも売ってたり、また安全面もバッチリで、監視してくれてる人もいます。 食事は食べ放題で、大人も子どもも大満足で、よくある食べ放題の質を超え、どれもレベルが高かったです。ライブでお肉を焼いたり、アイスも出来たてを教えてくれたり、アンコウの吊るし切りをしたり、市販の離乳食もあったりと、こちらもいたれりつくせり。 部屋のシャワー室のにおいが気になったり、冷蔵庫に水がら入っていなかったりは残念でしたが、全体的に大満足でした！子連れには最高の場所だと思います！小さい子がいるご家庭はぜひ！

小学生と2歳児連れの家族旅行で宿泊しました。 夕食をビュッフェではなく食事券で好きな物を選べるプランにしたのですが、幼児は布団なし食事なしで予約しても3300円がかかります。 3歳未満で料金がかかると思っていなかったのと、てっきり間違えて食事券付きで予約してしまったのかと思い、いただいた食事券の金額が間違っていたかもしれないと思ってチェックアウト後に電話で問い合わせました。 電話に出られたフロントの女性の対応が、この人は何を言うつもりなんだろう？みたいな、何となく怪しまれたり疑われたりしているように感じて、とても悲しかったです。 プランの説明を勘違いしてしまった自分が悪いし、確認に手間取っておかしいと思った時にその場で言えなかったのも悪かったのですが、最初から怪しんでいるような話し方をされて、自分がいちゃもんをつけているような気持ちになり、そんなつもりはまったくなかったのでただただ悲しかったです。 どのような対応をご希望ですか？と聞かれて、クレーマー扱いされたのが悲しかったです。 施設自体は少し古いけどとてもきれいで、お風呂も脱衣所もきれいだったしとても気持ちよくすごせました。 ただ、部屋の中が暑くて、温度調節できないか？と問い合わせた時も冷風機でしたらご用意できますが…と、なんだか嫌そうに聞こえる対応でした。 冷風機を持ってきてくださったスタッフの方も、チェックインの時の男性スタッフもとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくださったのですが、電話に出られた女性の方がどちらも残念でした。 ご本人にはそのつもりはないのでしょうが、言い方って大事だと思います。 チェックアウトした時は楽しい旅行だったな、いいホテルだったなと思っていたのですが、多分もう行きません。

全体的には満足”
小さな子連れだったので、とても過ごしやすかったです。 ですが、プールも割と普通(スライダー等なし)ですし、写真撮影も不可、キャップ着用など少し厳しすぎでは？と思いました。 ゲームセンターもありますが、かなり厳しい設定だし 子供の遊び場かと思いきや有料で預かってもらえる施設しかなく、意外と子供が遊べるところは少なかったです。 そのため、基本は外に観光にいくことになります。 設備的には、ベビーベッドや、ガード、子供用ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、哺乳瓶洗浄具など揃っていて大変助かります。 でもそれだけでウェルカムベビーの宿というには少し厳しいかなと思いました。

スタッフ5、部屋5、ロケーション5、マッサージ3、風呂3、プール3、料金3(5点満点) 部屋は11階の洋室で綺麗でした。ベットが2つあり、部屋にあるソファーを使い、ベット4つにしてもらえました。スタッフの対応も良く、荷物はエントランスで大きなカートを貸してくれるので、荷物が多くても大丈夫です。風呂は露天風呂もあり悪くないです。マッサージは妻が受けましたが普通だったそうです。何ヶ所かあり、選べるといいかと思いました。プールは四角い25mと浅い丸のものがありました。翌日入りたかったのですが、10時からなので断念しました。ちえ

3世代旅行で絆スイートに宿泊しました。 母の日だったので、事前にケーキを頼みました。 広くて開放的な部屋でのサプライズのお祝い、またスタッフの方が快く写真を撮って下さり、とても良い思い出になりました。 温泉はもちろん、ツリートレッキングやプール、夜の屋台（輪投げや射的）などアクティビティが充実していて小学生の子どもたちも大満足でした。
