Clean and accessible”

We spent 6 nights in Hotel Gracery and we love its accessibility and cleanliness. It is closest to Namba Station. (Yotsubashi Line) and only 1 minute walk from exit no. 32. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a laundromat but only 2 washers and 2 dryers. But for my 6nights there, the machines are always available for my usage. Signing up as a member on the spot and you can extend 1 hour later for check out. Will definitely go back to Hotel Gracery for my next Osaka visit.

New hotel in a great location”

If you intend to stay in Namba and you're taking the airport limousine bus from the airport, Hotel Gracery could be the perfect choice for your accommodation. It's just a 5-minute walk from the OCAT Bldg. where the bus stops and where the JR Namba Station is. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are also within walking distance from the hotel. The triple sharing room where we stayed in was spacious enough to accommodate our three luggages. It has a separate bath and toilet which are reasonably sized by Asian standards. The room is made up everyday with fresh bed linens and toiletries. The hotel staff is generally accommodating and pleasant. The only downside is that the hotel starts serving breakfast at 7 am which may be a concern for guests joining tours that usually require an early assembly time, especially if the meeting place is quite far from the hotel and for those who have morning flights.

3D2N stay ”

Gracery Hotel at Namba was just about 10 walk from Namba station. It staff were friendly and room cards were automated with the assistance from front desk staff. We have booked a 3 Super single beds for my family of 2A2C (11 & 8yo). The toilet is separated from the shower room w bathtub. Card accessed to your room. Free Coffee machine at lobby, there’s also ice machine, laundromat and vending machine for snacks although “Family Mart” is just opposite the hotel. Very pleasant and clean hotel. 👍

Great hotel with a great central location”

I booked this hotel for the day as I had a late flight out, I wish I had booked this for my whole stay in Osaka. Not only is it a great central location in Namba, it is a 2min walk to the train station, the shopping district and so many food options. The room is small but I am from South Africa where things are bigger, however I loved this room, it was clean, neat, new, smelt fresh and felt like I was the only person to stay in the room. The bed was amazing, I had my first decent sleep in 4 days, coming from my terrible hotel this was such a pleasure. I will go back in a heart beat, will certainly be staying there on my next trip to Osaka.

Great hotel very recommended ”

The hotel located in Namba, it is very close to Dotombori and namba station, very easy to get to anywhere using public transport, the room size is okay as it is shows in the details, however the bathroom is where took all the spotlight, very spacious and the condition overall is very clean. Will definitely come back when me and my family get back to Osaka

Exceptional”

the location is about 600-700 meter walk from Dotonburi and abit further to Shinsaibashi area, which is where the happenings in Osaka is at. Rooms are moderately small but the bathroom (shower and full bathtub) area are spacious. Staffs were friendly, however their breakfast menu are exactly the same daily for the 4 nights we stayed in. Plenty of convenience store around too and a walk away from Yotsubashi Line (Namba Metro) and JR Namba line.

great hotel for shopping at Osaka”

You can't find the hotel name on google. Try searching for Toyota Rent a Car - Namba Terminal Basically is pretty well within reasonable 10-15 mins walk to all train station and probably around 20mins walk to shinsabashi ... which is good as it will take you walking thru all the nice little streets in Osaka

Good stay at Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba but needs improvement on cleaning service”

PROS - New hotel & amenities (just opened last July 2019) - Spacious Twin Room - WIFI is fast - Separate shower and toilet (modern and clean) - Very attentive staff during check-in (accommodated our request for high room and nice view) - Quiet location but not far from tourist sights - Easy 10 min walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market - Groceries (Central Square Life & Kohyo) are just a 3-5 minute walk away - Use bus from KIX to OCAT. Use EAST Exit, walk straight, cross the road and find the Hotel Gracery sign. - Good BBQ restaurant near hotel! Popular among locals (Horumon Mankichi) - Exit 32 of Namba Subway is a few minutes walk from hotel entrance but this Exit is the last. 500m walk to main lines. TO IMPROVE - Staff is not fluent in English - They do not clean rooms everyday, even to organize (fold sheets, throw trash, sweep floor). Have to request. Say "Kurinrumu". - They did not give new towels, new water, restock coffee/tea. Had to remind them on all days of our stay.

New hotel near Namba train station. ”

The hotel is located at the shopping district of Namba within walking distance of Namba train station. There is a rapid train to Kansai airport. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is new, the breakfast is excellent and the staffs are extremely polite and helpful. The beef steak served at breakfast is delicious. Like most Japanese hotel, the room is small and just about fit 2 people.,

JR Namba and Namba subway station are nearby. Shopping center and all sort of restaurants are in walking distance. The room is small but clean. The double bed just fit for 2 adults and 1 young kid. The price is acceptable based on the location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice new hotel”

My stay at Gracery osaka was very nice front desk was very helpful although the speak little English they try. They even have hand held translator to convert Japanese to English. The only think that needed improvement is their housekeeping. The first 3 days of my stay they made our room but didn't was our cups, also the hotel provided pyjamas I use 1 set but they didn't give another set when they took it for washing.

Brand new, clean, nice room, comfy bed”

Very comfortable stay, strategic location just 5mins. walk to Namba Nankai and 1mins to closet subway exit, brand new room and all amenities are perfect. Safety elevators for guest only (key card scan to access) professional staffs and always helpful. Would definitely stay again !!

Very Nice facilities and Lovely Staff”

I love the rooms, the bath tub, the separate toilet, the linens... Everything was perfect. Even the staff. We didn't try the breakfast as we always leave early but the staff were so helpful. They are okay for us to leave the luggage, they offer the extended hours of check out to become a member. It was super close to many stations like JR, the Midosuji line and the closest was the Yotsubashi line I think. After exit you will see the hotel. It was also close to Namba Ocat, close to Dohtonbori too.

Clean and quiet hotel”

If you like to quiet environment, yes this is the hotel. However I find it quite a distant to popular district like Dontoburi, Shinsaibashi and especially if u always travel train using Midosuji station. Although underground (Namba walk) is convenient but is long walk toward the hotel as usually holiday we walk a lot. Hotel is new and clean which my husband like it. He don't mind to come here again if we coming to Osaka again. Smoking room, ice maker and washing machine is located at level 2.

Excellent Location, Comfortable Room”

Easy access to Namba Station, just took the back street road to side door of the station. 3 single beds in a room, just nice for one person walking through at one time, the room could be bigger if bathroom spaces is reduced (perhaps larger bathroom is one of the design consideration for elderly?) Very thoughtful to have mist diffuser in the room. One downside is the lift will open at level 2 (Hotel Lobby) whenever going up and down.

There is a supermarket LIFE, opened till 2400, an excellent local supermarket, large varieties of stuff, sashimi, sushi, fruits, snack, teabag, all kind of Japanese seasoning.

Everything we needed”

Close to Namba station. Nice room, bathroom great. Breakfast great. High chairs for kids. Only advice is if arriving from Nankai Station don't bother walking all the way through Namba station to get to the hotel. It's much quicker walking over ground.

Good location and spacious room”

Location is nice. Near Namba station/ staff are nice as well. And the room compared with most japan city hotel, it was quite spacious
