AMAZING INSTAGRAMMABLE HOTEL!”

My fiance and I are celebrating our 6th anniversary and as budget permits we decided to just find a nice inexpensive stay-cation around Singapore to rest and relax over the weekend. I browse this Hotel thru the sponsored ads in Instagram, and seeing their rooms uniquely painted with wall art and their colorful furniture has instantly catches my attention. I went to Agoda to check on the pricing and find the rate reasonable, hence, we booked 1 night. Well, all I can say is IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The whole stay was beyond amazing! I love how the entire place is so instagrammable, literally all corners! it's really aesthetically beautiful! I was blown away with the details inside our room, it feels traveling to yesteryear. I love the combination of colors, they're all soothing in the eyes. The infinity pool in the rooftop was also very lovely but ice cold! And, I like the idea of providing us a map on what we can see around Katong neighborhood. I have been working and living in SG for almost 5 years but has never really gone around that area before. It was refreshing to learn and explore new things, felt like I was a tourist all over again. It was ALL in ALL an ULTIMATE experience for me! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :) - BEES

Perfect weekend staycation ”

Couldn't say enough of how amazing Hotel Indigo is - from the room, facilities, staffs and food. It is surrounded with instagrammable cafes as well as all time favourite durian stall just down the road, not forgetting traditional chicken rice and katong laksa. Our room is super clean and cozy (as seen in the pictures) Oh, they have a carom board and old school knick-knack in the room that is free! Hee. They have an infinity pool that overlooks the city. Plus points for the view. Whoop. I would say that the buffet breakfast is a pretty nice touch, they have a menu for you to choose from, and an aesthetically cute kitchen island. Lastly, big thank you to the friendly staffs over at Indigo, you guys really make us feel home. Would especially give a thumbs up to CK for attending to us (:

Fell head over heels in love with this hotel! ”

Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every second of it. I visit Singapore at least 2-3 times a year and normally would stay somewhere central. But this time I decided to stay in Katong area and it was one of the best decisions I've made! The hotel was extremely clean and it has so much character. My room was spacious, also beautifully furnished. I love everything, the unique bathtub, the peranakan themed tiles, wall artwork, the bed (too comfy I had to force myself to get out of it), old school candies, TWG and Nespresso!! What's not to love? Overall, amazing hotel, best service, friendly, polite and highly attentive staff (all of them!). Especially Ariel, she was very helpful during check out, the process went smoothly with no delay. She also made sure my Uber driver could easily find the hotel location. Not to mention, she gave me a thorough directions to find the famous 328 Katong Laksa shop. Thanks Ariel! I will definetely come back to stay again next year.

Friendly staff as being greeted upon arrival. Room are clean and design of the room is very interesting. Peranakan feel I would say. Had a great stay with Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong.

Excellent Stay-cation choice in the East!”

The actual feeling of being in the hotel way surpasses of how they look like in the photos. Totally out of our expectations. Very retro styled concept but with a very modern contemporary touch. Location was fabulous, right in the middle of the busy Katong/Joo Chiat food haven, and a the i12 Katong Mall is just a stone throw beside. Marvelous view of Katong shop-houses from the room, with a romantic touch of shower by the full glass window (please draw your curtains when you shower). Infinity pool at the roof-top was a plus-point with a gym right beside. We even got a flavorful latte each as a welcome drink at the reception! The only bad thing is, you probably would want to stay in the room the whole day because it was way too comfortable! Haha! LOVED this hotel totally.

A charming hotel in an unexpectedly good location”

We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. I cannot recall why we chose Katong as our base for our stay in Singapore but it turned out to be a good location. The hotel was very clean with nice decor, the staff was friendly, the room was nice and we got pretty good value for our money. The pool on the top floor is also nice. The closest MRT station is quite far however there is a bus stop next to the hotel and you can go anywhere including Raffles Place, Orchard without having to transfer. You can also find quite a few good restaurants and cafes and breakfast places next to the hotel. In summary, we had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. .

Enjoyed our one night stay at hotel indigo katong! The staff were friendly and helpful. the room is clean and we loved the peranakan vibes throughout the whole hotel. hotel alittle far to city area but nevertheless, highly recommended for its rooftol infinity pool. awesome view.

We're here on a staycation. My mom grew up on Mountbatten Road while me and my sister grew up on Amber Road. We went to school at Katong Convent. We probably played on the very spot where the Indigo is - but we've never been to the police station. Katong used to be my playground - as the Madonna song goes. Thank you Indigo for the memories!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel, decently priced”

i had a great time staying in the beautiful new Hotel Indigo Katong. Although a bit small, the rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. The food was also decent. Overall, a good stay in Singapore.

A wonderful stay. Enjoyed the pool. Beautiful furnishings in common area and rooms. Peranakan touches in decor gave the hotel character. Location is fantastic to explore the Katong and East Coast area. Recommended!

Great service, great location !”

Very friendly staff who took questions well and bothered to step away from behind the counter to communicate with me at the front of the Reception Desk. What barrier are we talking about here ? The welcome drink was a superb start to my stay. Location-wise, Katong has lots to explore. Within walking distance (based on my standard of measurement) is Parkway Parade and the ECP ! The Rooftop Infinity Pool presented a great bird's eye view of the estate. The room was an absolute charmer. Set the perfect mood for a relaxing weekend. Thank you Indigo ! Indeed, the place to go.

WONDERFUL BREAKFAST”

We had a King Room with bath tub, it was just great with a lovely view over the old Peranakan village of Katong. The photos on website are very true to what the room looks like, edgy and funky. Front of house staff and Baba Chews cafe staff were considerate helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb, best we have had in a long time. Nice to be away from the centre of Singapore.

Mini staycay for our wedding.”

We decided to take a good rest after our wedding party for 2d1n. We LOVED the staffs - very, very accommodating and attentive and we love the Peranakan design the room has to offer! It blends in very well with the Katong area where the Peranakan heritage is. Location is great, close proximity to a mall with various dining place but personally, I'd encourage you guys to walk around the area as it's close to many local food of different race ie. Chinese, Indian, Malay et such. The infinity swimming pool offers a quiet ambience overlooking the area, perfect for someone who's looking to see the other side of Singapore ie. non-commercial area like the buzzling city area. Would totally come back to this place. Cheers.

Best theme hotel stay ”

We stayed for one night at this hotel without any expectation. We were pleasantly surprised by the unique theme of the hotel, which is Peranakan style and the interior stays true to the theme. We had a fast check-in, the staff was polite and quickly ease us in to our room which had the Katong neighbourhood view. The room itself was colourful, clean and well-equipped with the necessities. For a coffee lover, we loved that they even provide coffee plunger with coffee powder for us to enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the morning. The infinity pool was decent too with a view of the neighbourhood. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great Hotel and location”

New hotel on East Coast, I will stay again for sure, hotel very close to Parkway and Katong 112 shopping centre's and great cafes and food outlets.

Well recommended”

I was greeted very warmly by the staffs at Hotel Indigo. I didn’t mind having to wait in line but the other staffs quickly responded to that by opening up another counter. I was served a welcome drink and check in went very smoothly. They asked the purpose of my stay and gave me one of the nicest rooms on a high level too. Greatly appreciated. The room was beyond my expectations and it is very nicely decorated with a Peranakan theme vibe. Room was spacious and the furniture was nicely spaced out. Bathtub was a tad small but I still enjoyed my time in there. I feel the hotel made use of every space diligently so it won’t seemed cramped. The toilet was separated from the shower area but that caused no issue for me, in fact, very delighted how they used the space. I love the touch of old n new things in the room, seemed like everything was too pretty to touch. I was sad I didn’t get to enjoy the pool as I had forgotten to bring my swimsuit but I’ll will come back soon for another staycay

Interesting Neighbourhood”

Hotel is very new and located in Katong town center provides us an opportunity to experience Singapore besides Orchard or Marina Bay. Lots of food around. Breakfast was disappointing. We tried the daily specials : Prawn Mee, so bland and tasteless; nasi lemak : flavoful but the rice is hard and dry.

Good front desk service and beautiful hotel room”

Was assigned to a occupied room initially, but was changed to new room compensated with complimentary breakfast. Accidentally booked wrong room without bathtub, told front desk and was granted a free upgrade to premier w bathtub. Really enjoyed my stay with my partner with the unique facilities in the room. Excellent location, beautiful room”

Situated in the heart of Katong, one can find different kind of cuisines in the vicinity, all within walking distance. The room is spacious & beautifully decorated. Breakfast choices at Baba Chew may be limited but they taste great! Staff were a little impersonal though. But other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay in the hotel!

One of the best staycation ever ”

Hotel Indigo just wowed us with so many factors. From the smooth check in to the awesome surprises in every corner of the hotel. The room is so thoughtfully designed and bursting with heritage vibe. We had a awesome time even though the first room assigned to us had a malfunctioned flushing system. They quickly gave us another room. I know they did their best.
