I’ve stayed in more known and more expensive hotels and they didn’t have the overall satisfaction I had with Hotel Integrate Osaka. Rooms were actually much bigger than Japanese standards. Clean, quiet, and location was great because it was nearby everything Umeda is known for. Definitely recommending to stay here.

Worth the money”

Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of choices. They even serve free drinks(juice, coffee, tea, wine, cocktails) and snacks in the afternoon.Double room was kinda small but if you’re out most of the time, then it should be fine. There’s also a public bath if you want to relax after a long day of walking/sight seeing. Hotel was near Umeda station so it was convenient to go anywhere. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around the area too.

It was very clean and listened to the request well. I am very satisfied. I think free use of spa, cafe, etc. is good. However, I felt that the breakfast fee was a little expensive. The location is ambiguous in Umeda.

Cleaning”

Stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks straight for business. Convenient location with various useful facilities such as gym, public bath and a restaurant which serves breakfast and snacks/alcohol at night. One thing noticed on my last stay was that room cleaning was not as neatly done as previous 3 stays even though I stayed at better grade room than before. I was disappointed to have checked in to a dusty room.

I was only here for a business trip so the time I spent at the hotel was limited, but the hotel is nice and clean and has great facilities including a big onsen and gym.

I can’t sleep quietly because of low humidity. There is no operation guideline, so I woke up and slept every one hour. It is like a prison… I hope you would not have the same experience as mine.

小さなストレスがありました”

シンクの水はけが悪くてストレスでした。 手を洗うだけでも水が溜まってしまう状態だったので洗顔時などは途中で一旦水が流れきるまで待ってという感じでした。 まぁそれ以外は良かったと思います！

ラウンジが素晴らしかったです。 ドリンクもフードも お茶漬けもとても美味しかったです。 お風呂もゆっくりできて 満喫できました。

2人以上ならOKか⁈”

少し高めのビジネスホテルです。一人より2人以上のカップルや家族が多い印象で、ガヤガヤしています。 サービスはビジネスホテル相当。特別な物はありません。 大阪駅から歩くのは難しい距離。繁華街からも遠いのが難点。 タクシー移動を考えるなら、その費用で駅近のホテルがオススメ。
