Hotel badly maintained and standards dropped compared to my previous visit 3 years ago, does not feel like a 4-star hotel anymore.

Terrible experience ”

Agoda posted photo with bathtub and sea view, but actually it's not. And not even a basic sandals provided, the hotel staff can even reply us - "you have to request", what a hotel standard! The hotel is not accessible too, booking Grab for more than 1 hour to pick-up, and no nearby public transport, hotel staff have no idea of any other alternative, they only advise you to call the cab service which fare is 3x higher than Grab. Very disappointed trip, be aware of fake advertisement. Never come back again!

Finally able to revisit this hotel after a few years due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The reasons that my family would chose to stay in this hotel is because of the proximity to Legoland and the great breakfast. However, we found out that there is no more free shuttle service to Legoland and the breakfast buffet is longer that great any more. Hope that the hotel will improve on the breakfast and bring back the shuttle service again.

This is my 3rd time staying and 1st time after Covid. Most restaurants/pubs that used to line the harbour-front are no longer around so the hotel is less lively now. Staff service and good buffet breakfast made up for it.

Staffs are amazing but carpark cleanliness needs serious attention”

Excellent service attitude and standards from the hotel staffs and skybar is simply amazing to enjoy your night there with a glass of ice cold beer or wine. Thr only downside is the carpark cleanliness. Rubbish bins were full and in fact over flown however no one bothered to clean up for the place during our entire 3 days stay which the place stinks as bad as a rubbish chute. Hopefully the hotel managements can improve the cleanliness and lighting to provide a better sense of security in the carpark

We have paid RM21 to have the harbour view but the window was covered with algae, curtains and floor are dirty and dusty, there is used slipper left behind under the bed. I have been to this hotel many times before covid but after covid, the condition of the room are very bad. Breakfast variety is very little compare to last time. This hotel is part of Shangri-la but it is less than 3star hotel now. Please do something on the room maintenance

No restaurant open during lunch time in the hotel. Pool bar is closed during the day, and it’s really difficult to get grabs from hotel to go anywhere, if you don’t have a car.

Hotel is not easily accessible if you are not driving. The hotel is pretty run down and the surrounding is not well maintained.

Upset that they didn’t told us that the pool is opened 11am the time that we need to check out, as initially our plan is to bring our child there after having breakfast. The pool t&c stated the pool operation hr is 7am-8pm. Love the yogurt & donut for breakfast. Clean room.

Hotel breakfast is satisfied. But for in room toiletries, iron board should be upgrade and improve. The rest are ok.

Beside value for money, clean and large bedroom, staffs are friendly and attentive.. Hopefully the surroundings more tenants setup their shop here to bring back before covid crowd..

Third time stay, cleanness need to be improved”

This is my third time to stay here, compared with previous two times, I think room cleanness need to have some monitoring, the bedsheet got water mark and hairs, pillows cases same as bedsheets, cup not clean at all, when we have breakfast at level 1 restaurant , the spoons also not clean properly. Hope the service will be maintained as previous before MCO
