Super clean place”
I was hesitant to book here because I could not tell if the room would have a toilet. It did! When you enter the hotel, you must remove your footwear. I am reminded that this is the case for traditional Japanese hotels. So, the interior was super clean and smelled nice. The room was a little small, but fine. You can get a feather pillow from the front lobby. The bathroom was large enough. The shower was a little small due to the small seat inside it. The water pressure was excellent. There are a number of eating options within walking distance from the hotel. The whole area appears to be newly developed. Its also very close to the train station. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was meeting or above expectations except for the staff there. The two men who worked front desk were quite unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially considering the hospitality of most Japanese people in the service industry. Besides that, the hotel was very pleasant, had free parking and was and next to a large supermarket and bookstore!

大浴場がトラブルで使用不可”
部屋がシャワーだけなので大浴場を期待していた。 前日にそれでもよいかと確認電話は、あったけど、今さら他を探すのも手間がかかり過ぎなのでどうにもならなかったのが、本当に残念でならない、予約時にわかるようにするべき。だから、近くに食事処は、あるのでロケーションは、良いからまた、行きたいんだけど、躊躇してしまう。

総合的に良かった”
●良かった点 ツインを利用しました。トイレや洗面台とシャワールームがそれぞれ分離されていて、ストレス無い空間が気に入りました。 大浴場は、小さいですが誰もいなかったので、ゆったり入れました。 ●良くなかった点 部屋の壁が薄いのか騒音的に良くない。 朝食の品数が少ない。駐車場代が高い。 ツインの部屋が1階のみと言うのは残念。 ツインの部屋なのに椅子が1つしか無いのも残念。

清潔でくつろげるお宿”
御殿場を何度か利用したことがあったのでこちらも期待して予約した。新しい施設で清潔でとても良かった。ユニットバスはシャワーブースになっているがこれは大浴場を利用してほしいということだろう。今回、ダブルの部屋だったが、ベッドがシングル二つを並べた構造になっており独りで寝るのには真ん中に境目があってちょっと向いていないかも知れない。あとは在来線で移動すると本庄駅からのバスの本数が微妙に少ないかも知れない。マイクロバスの公営シャトルはインターネットの乗換案内に出てこないので事前に調べておく必要がある。最悪タクシーでも構わないが。まあ細かいことを気にしだすと際限がないが明確に欠点と言えるところはない。お勧め。

残念”
大浴場に入れると思っていたので部屋にシャワーだけで良かったのですが、なんとその日は大浴場が壊れていて使えないとのこと。雪もちらちら舞っていたほどの寒さだったので大浴場が使えなかったのは残念でした
