i had wonderful 2 nights stay at kemps corner, it is in a execellent high class area of mumbai. i had wonderful room on the 2nd floor, very peaceful, neat and very clean. the service is not less then any 5 star hotels anywhere. all the staffs are very friendly and very helpful. breakfast was more then enough- eat as much as you can and staff there too were very helpful and a very good service. i has always been staying in this hotel since 1995 and have seen the change, still it is one of the best hotels in mumbai. i will always stay here only when ever i go to mumbai. only 1 suggestion to the owner; replace old air con & hot water geaser to save electric bill; otherwise it is upto you. keep it up !

had stayed at another similar hotel nearby kemps corner. that hotel was a bit cheaper but kemps corner hotel was better value for money. free wifi, nice room, friendly staff. the location is in central mumbai which is very local but a bit far from business district and upper class restaurants and bars.

Excellent Budget Hotel”

Excellent hotel in Kemps Corner. Since my last stay there 1 year ago the hotel has been fully refurbished and all rooms have been fitted with a modern look and fit. Staff are too kind as well. Whatever you need they will get it.

Hotel Kemos Corner is basically a budget hotel in an expensive neighbourhood which has been dressed up a bit to put it in a higher price bracket. The room itself is small, but it is well furnished and tastefully decorated. There is hot water by the geyser, just flick the switch, a flat screen tv, kettle and table and chair for writing. The staff were all polite enough. There is a complimentary breakfast on the terrace. It is pretty basic, with just a few Indian items, some cereal, toast, fruit etc. The free wifi was quite fast, but it worked on a 24 hour voucher system, which would get quite irritating if you needed to get a new voucher every day. The neighbourhood is quite interesting with some of the world's most expensive property on one side of the flyover, and the usual slum life on the other. This hotel was OK, nothing great.

wonderful customer service and clean room”

Everything about the hotel was positive. I was there during a sad time. My mother passed away a day after I got there. The hotel staff was caring and considerate and went the extra mile in every way. The security staff is also wonderful, incuding the staff at the front desk for checking in and other matters.

Comfortable stay at a boutique hotel”

Quiet and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced and is located really well just off Pedder Road, close to Chowpatty. Location and pricing of the hotel makes it a real winner.

The hotel employees were very cordial in the mornings. Though I was not pleased with the night help. I didn't report it because of creating unnecessary bitter taste.

Good Location - Solo Travellers”

Its a good place for business or solo travelers. Though this place doesn't have its own restaurant functional when i visited Dec 2020. Car parking is available for 3-4 cars only. Though night service staff is rude & lazy, hotel gets noisy in early morning disturbing sleep. Since room size is not that big to accommodate 2+2 family or a honeymoon couple. Beach is nearby. Nice place to stay if a good deal is offered.

this hotel we had to pay more than the agoda rate when we arrived and it was equivalent to what we had already paid, and the staff were very unfreindly. However on the plus side the hotel is actually very clean and the rooms though small are good, location is also very good

Comfortable & good location ”

Rooms in decent condition - looks like recent reno. Nice breakfast spot on rooftop, but breakfast just ok - only powder coffee and food a bit greasy. When we checked in the room had half filled water bottles left in the room. Super friendly security guard. Other staff were also friendly, but not very responsive. We asked for service/items to room a couple of times and waited a long time.

Small bugs in the room. Dirty floors as we arrived. Dusty under beds and around the room. As a premier room this not worth the money. The luxury room is a lot more better for the money. Staff are grate . Breakfast is terrible. Good food places just up the road . Good value Restaurant called The new ideal is grate indian food. Me being a indian would recommend this restaurant.

Not a nice place at all”

the hotel offers hot water only between 6-9 o´clock and 18 - 21 o´clock. electriicity cuts happen daily. the rooms are such that i slept in my sleeping bag. the breakfast is the of poorest quality i ever saw in a hotel. mind you, this hotel is well considered within kathmandu because of the terrible overall standards. if you want to visit kathmandu better accept this.

Clean room with all basic facilities we needed - certainly better than some places we stayed! Only thing it didn’t have was a safe. Breakfast was good - served on a roof terrace.
