Excellent ”
Room was new, clean and not small. Staffs are super nice and helpful, I like they provided parking which costed only 700JPY for 1 night. Provided all I need: parking, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with perfect ventilation, free coffee tea and noodle, laundry and everything with style. We stayed in Japanese style room, we both like it very much. We could push the mattress to the window side and had a spacious area for tidying our stuffs. Also I had a good quality of sleep there. Definitely a good choice. But you need to go up 1 floor staircase to the hotel.

Great Little Hotel - totally Non Smoking”
I chose this hotel because it was totally non smoking, there were few options in Kumamoto for non smoking hotels, I'll take a lower star hotel over a 5* smoking hotel any day. The location is great close to the main part of the city including restaurants and transport. This is a 2/3 star hotel but I loved it, it was clean and everyone was helpful - I speak no Japanese but they really looked after me. There is no room service but you can heat food in the kitchen. There are steps at the front, if you have large suitcases that you cannot carry upstairs you may want to look elsewhere.

Solid place to stay in Ishigaki”
The staff here is very professional, friendly, and hard working. The beds were quite comfortable, towels and toiletry replaced everyday, and the facilities were cleaned spotless daily. The location is a 15 minute walk from the bus stop. One staff tried to help me book some activities on the island despite an incoming typhoon the next day. Quite silly of me in hindsight, but I really appreciated her tenacious effort. The other staff are super nice as well! Would recommend staying here.

Very comfortable stay”
Staffs were very nice and they helped bringing our luggages up the stairs to check in and were very welcoming. (Their front desk is on the second floor with no elevator from the parking lot, so be cautious for anyone with disabilities) The room is spacious, had everything we needed. They provide cub noodles and tea on the first floor for guests to self-serve so we had our breakfast there :)

A very hipster & beautiful hotel.”
As we were driving, the hotel parking is 700yen/24hrs, and there's one staircase before the entrance which might be a lil bit hard to carry your heavy luggages to the hall. Other than that, this place is super beautiful with its trendy minimalist industrial design, love the common area with free coffee/tea provided as well as the room is clean and tidy as well. Only bad thing is you have to walk across the bridge each time if you want to visit the most happening area in Kumamoto, which is about 5-10 minutes walk.

The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, plus the front desk officers can speak in English! You have to go upstairs to reach the reception, it's definitely a barrier to those with luggages, but the staff proactively help you to carry the luggages to the front desk! We have such an amazing experience here and would definitely recommend you to stay there!

l'hotel est situé non loin du centre de la ville et du chateau, facilement accessible à pied, station de tram juste à côté qui mène à la gare et au jardin Suizenji, donc bonne situation. les espaces communs sont très bien, canapé dans le lobby et salle commune pour se poser, prendre un café, accessible le matin et le soir. Un gros plus pour le petit déjeuner avec du café frais le matin. la chambre est bien, petite mais suffisante pour 1 personne, malheureusement bémol pour la propreté dans la salle de bain, et le couvre lit taché. Par ailleurs j'encouragerai fortement l'hotel à améliorer la qualité du shampoing mis à disposition ou alors fournir du démêlant dans le kit destiné aux 'clientEs'.

和室タイプに今回宿泊しましたが部屋全体やロビーもお洒落で彼からもとても喜ばれました。 キーの開け方がやや複雑と言うことで、ドアをそのまま切り取ったような模型で説明していただき、スムーズに入室できました。 また是非利用させて頂きます！

2階のフリースペースは素敵な空間だった。 朝の読書に最適だった。テレビのリモコンがありチャンネル変更できると嬉しいかなーと思った。シックでオシャレな宿でした。

周りの音が気になる”
扉を閉めてても他の部屋の音が気になりました。 あと、冷蔵庫の普通の棚におにぎりとサラダを入れてたら翌朝凍っており、朝7時からしか電子レンジも使えなかったので困りました。 お風呂は思っているより小さめなのを覚悟したほうが良いと思います。

立地は街から少し歩いたところなので喧騒は無くて良さそうです。 お部屋にはテレビは付いておらず、水回りは質素な感じでしたが、あひるちゃんがお部屋にいて、小さなサービスが可愛らしかったです。 ホテルのロビーが個人的にはお気に入りで、棚に色んな本があるのでゆっくり過ごせて良かったです。あとはホテルの色んなデザインも可愛くて素敵でした。
