Great value with everything we need”
A good location for drivers with many parking lots and convenient drive to many tourist spots. Comfortable space in the room and simple breakfast to start the day. Thanks to the friendly staff, Miss Ito, for helping to call and make a reservation for our ferry to outlying islands. Pretty amazed by the fact that they can make a conference call on the iPad with traslator, so there is no language barrier at all.

The price I reserved this hotel is a bit expensive than usual as itz in the period of marathon. Plenty of food stores near by. Convenient store around 300m away. There is a small incident. We arrived before check-in time, so we dropped our bag. When we came back at night, the staff could not locate the key of cabinet which stores our luggage. luckily, itz settled later :) Staffs are helpful. Simple breakfast included, free coffee and butter rolls.

Recommended for only short stay. Location is good with several local diners and bars. Still newly built hotel and the rooms are quiet. The room I reserved was a small double room which was pretty small and not much of a leg room nor a space to open up your luggage. Toilet/bathroom is very, very small and tight. Several types of pillow located near the elevator for guest to choose from. Free pants iron press also located near the elevator for guest to use.

Compare to others town, Koza price is much lower. Due to marathon, we booked here. Clean room with free light breakfast. Room is small but come with a common area. Parking fees is chargeable with fairly price. I would recommend here.

Got a hard time finding the hotel location. Back lane of the hotel feels dodgy. Many bars and Men around that area. However, security is tight in the hotel. Parking is free and internet usage on 2nd level. I would recommend to those Budget travellers and 1 -2 days stay.

As the subject describes, nothing overly spectacular about the place, but it was a good location as a starting point to drive out from for activities, somewhat in the middle of the island.The rooms are very small, so we had trouble opening both luggages, but generally was a pleasant time!

Clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was free. Do not recommend for a couple, the bed was too small, and there was hardly any space after the luggages were opened.

Unfriendly staff”
Arrived late in evening and parked my car in the last empty spot but as we went to check-in the staff told us to quickly move our car. I told them I would like to check-in first and put my luggage in the room first, but they requested me to move my car right away and wouldn't let us check-in. After we parked our car across the hotel we came back to put our luggage in the room. At that time, we asked the staff if they can show me other parking lots around the hotel because the cost of parking per night would have cost us ¥2000. The staff told us to go and find one by ourselves but after talking to them for few minutes they took out a map and pointed to a parking lot down the street. On the way back from parking our car, we saw one other vehicle parked at the same spot that we parked when we arrived, until the next morning that vehicle was parking at the same spot (I took a picture to prove it). To make our stay even worst, they called the next morning to check out at 10AM.

I was pleasantly surprised at the value of this hotel for the price. The rooms are fairly small but that's true for most Japanese hotels however the cleanliness, the location, the kind professional staff more than makes up for the size. It's not a resort so if you want those perks you will pay four to five times more. Thanks Koza Hotel.

I was pleased with my stay at Hotel Koza, the room was a good size for one person the price was great. Conveniently close to the base and served breakfast in the morning. There is separate pay for parking locations behind the hotel, which the hotel will provide a parking voucher if you park there.

Hotel has limited car park (500Yen per day), if you missed it prepare to pay 200Yen per hour car park fee. I paid 2000Yen for an overnight park but a night staying at the hotel was 6xxxYen.

Room is really small that just manage to put the biggest size suitcase at the entrance. The rest of the room cleanliness and facilities are good. Just 1 confusion would like to highlight is that we missed our breakfast as we didn’t aware there are breakfast coupon available.
