We changed our room 3 times upon our check in. Problem with the first room was the sink clogged and dirty. The second room have problem with the lamp in the toilet. The third room problems was the socket was not functioning at all. But we are too tired to chage to another room.

Tv only have channel 9, If night time you couldn't sleep would like to watch TV, but only have channel 9, somemore is not clear, how you would feel it? Bed is quite dirty, totally no change bed sheet, alot of dirty and hair on bed, inside toilet also can see the hair. Door is very easy to open. Lift lobby is quite smelly. Room light s so dark.

Staf perempuan bertugas pada malam 10hb March 2018 diminta menjaga bahasa dalam berbicara dengan tetamu. Jangan kerana tetamu berbadan besar anda menyuarakan keadaan katil single hotel anda tak muat diduduki. Hanya berbadan kecil seperti staf perempuan malam tersebut sahaja muat untuk dusuki di katil single hotel itu. Semoga terus sukses dalam bidang hospitaliti kerana bidang ini luas.
