Good place and hotel”

I love how Hotel Mi is really near the Bencoolen Station exit B. It is very important that the transportation like MRT is near you so you can access most places easily. Also the taxi stand beside the hotel and the bus stop across the street is also a good factor. I love the cleanliness of the hotel and how friendly the staffs are. Across the hotel there is a food republic (food court), 7-11 (24/7 store), Din Tai Fung and Starbucks. The location is super okay you walk a little bit you will see the National Museum of Singapore. Make a little more effort of walk you will see a church where Crazy Rich Asians shoot their movie. The hotel is also a 10-15 min walk to bugis. Also near orchard and other places. What I love most about this hotel is that they clean and changes the sheets of the room everyday without asking and they replenish the bottled water everyday. At the lobby there is a ice vendo where you can refill your glasses or tumblers to beat Singapore’s heat. Our flight back to Philippines is at 6pm and we asked them for a late check out for free of charge and they have a baggage counter where you can leave your luggages if your flight is far from your check out time for free. Our room view is their swimming pool but too bad that we did not got the chance to dip in the pool. We will definitely be back to Hotel Mi. Thank you for the great 1 week experience :)

Best value for money..very convenient and very friendly staff”

I will definitely stay in Hotel Mi again if I visit again Singapore. The hotel is very very near the MRT station and Food Republic is just across the street with Gloria Jeans coffee at the ground floor of the hotel. We got the best value for money considering that Singapore is an expensive city. Good thing also that the hotel offers free use of cellphone with internet connection and a free call to anyone within Singapore that we can take out of the hotel and bring with us anywhere. The staff are so friendly and assisted us the whole time we stayed. On our last day we checked out of the hotel at 9 in the morning and they allowed us to leave our luggage at the counter while we proceeded to Singapore zoo. We got our stuff only at 6pm then proceeded to the airport. Thank you Hotel Mi. Thank you Agoda..

Hotel Mi is really near with Bencoolen MRT, and just take few minutes to walk to Bugis Street. The staff were very polite and kind, they gave full information of anything we ask. The room was very clean though a little bit small, but I think it's the standard room size in Singapore. The best facility (in my opinion) they have was the "handy" phone, it provides internet while I travel around, and I could make a call to my local friend anytime, very convenient!

Strategic location, great neighborhood”

The hotel is located literally on top of Bencoolen MRT station, in the middle of Bugis, Marina Bay, Chinatown, and Little India. Its neighborhood is relatively calm, I didn't have to deal with large crowd here since it is surrounded by other hotels and campuses. For a muslim visiting Singapore, Hotel Mi is great place to stay since there's a mosque right beside the hotel. Finding halal food is also easy. There's a halal restaurant across the hotel, a small halal kiosk near the mosque, and food court with a stall that serves halal chicken rice.

Great Location, Staff!”

Hotel Mi is great hotel in Singapore located near Fort Canning. It is well staffed and they are all very welcoming and accommodating to guests needs. There is a pool and a gym on the 2nd floor. While I haven't used the gym, the pool is quite nice centered in the middle of the hotel and open aired with the hotel surrounding it to cut out noise, wind, and direct sun. There are many restaurants near by as well as easy access to Grab, taxi, bus and MRT transportation. My hotel room was well laid out, though the shower stall was quite tight as I am a big guy. Overall, very happy with my time spent here.

Awesome stay at Hotel Mi”

No frills but nice hotel with excellent staff, in a great location. Bed a little bit hard but standard for SE Asia and rooms quite small but apparently standard for Singapore. Pool area on level 2 is small but adequate for size of hotel and well done with small tropical garden. Get there early afternoon if you want a sun lounge - not that there is any sun anyway because of the surrounding buildings. Big plus is location. Very handy with MRT station virtually next door and heaps of restaurants around area, as well as Bugis street markets. Recommend Albert Centre Hawker stalls for cheap eats and CHIJMES for more western style food but with the myriad of restaurants bars and hotels within a two or three block radius you won’t be spoilt for choice.

Hotel Mi was great for me!”

We stayed for two nights en route to Vietnam. The room was bijou, but perfectly formed. The location was ideal for our brief exploration of Singapore. We went to the Chinese Heritage Museum in the Chinese Quarter, the tube is steps away from the tube and we were there in minutes and a pleasant walk took us back. Museums and excellent eateries are within close walking distance. The staff were all pleasant and helpful - a credit to the hotel. My travelling companion enjoyed swimming in the pool, unfortunately I needed sleep! I cannot fault our stay and I would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel Mi.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Singapore! The front desk staff was really welcoming, he upgraded my room to a suite even though I only stayed for one night. The price is good for its service, location and the room itself. It's only 1 mins walk to Bencoolen MRT station and 5 mins walk to Orchard Rd. The room is spacious with huge window facing the main road. Best thing of the hotel is that they provide you with Handy smartphone that you can bring outside the hotel to access the internet so if you don't get a SIM card or wifi pocket in Singapore, this is really handy (no pun intended). There is convenience store and food court that's open until 2 AM just across the street. I definitely will be coming back next time I visit Singapore!

Good location, brand new (Oct 2017)”

We chose Hotel Mi in part due to close proximity to MRT, but the location is so good that we often walked anyway (around Little India, back from Merlion Park). The double room is inner-city small, with not much room around the bed. Bed sheets and towels are brand new and spotless, and the en suite is well designed and sparkling. Large window, with excellent blackout blind; good choice of lighting; good HD TV; good safe; simple tea/coffee; only a little space for clothes. Shampoo/gel provided, along with soap, toothbrushes, shower cap. Breakfast is OK in an emergency, but better/cheaper is available on the same road (and Google Maps says there are 18 Starbucks within 1 mile !) Staff are friendly and helpful. (Overall style is like a Holiday Inn Express, Travelodge, Hotel J, etc.) Would stay there again if the price was right. 4/5

Good choice to Singapore trip for very first time”

Hotel Mi closed to Bencoolen MRT. Less than 1 minutes for exit B. No worries about food as food republic/7-11 was in very nearby location. It was glad to have a beautiful swimming pool and nature environment from window of my room even it's located in 2/F. Overall it was tiny. Free water provided if needed. It is important as Singapore is so hot. The minor improvement area was sound insulation. Actually, it closed to MRT and attracted many groups for reservation. They spoke loudly and opened/closed door sharply. You may awoke in the midnight.

Hotel Mi is a great place to stay at Singapore. Pro : Easy to travel bcause its super near to MRT Station (Bencoolen and Bras Basah) Easy to call a cab (its near tp taxi stop) The staff is friendly The hotel's room is new, clean, quite spacious, have everything you need such as toiletries, hair dryer, refrigerator, black out curtain, etc) They provide Handy (selular phone with mobile data) to use for free!!! (this is reaaally helpful!) Cons : - Definitely worth it to pay a little bit more, but we can really enjoy our trip! Love it!

Convenient affordable hotel at 41 Bencoolen Street”

Good priced, comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Bencoolen Street, near Bras Basah Road. Short walking distance to excellent outdoor hawker food court (Albert Food Centre) with fantastic local Singaporean food. The hawker food court is close to Bugis shopping centre and MRT line. The staff were helpful and the hotel and rooms are new. The bathroom was small but efficient. The Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast is available in the Gloria Jean Coffee next to reception but much better value and more options outside the hotel. Local Singaporean breakfast is available at the hawker centre [but no aircon there] or Food Republic on corner of Bras Basah Road [with aircon]. Bencoolen MRT station is across the road from the hotel and Bras Basah MRT station is around the corner. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, close to malls and cheap eats”

First time I have stayed at Hotel Mi. Right beside Downtown MRT Bencoolen MRT, only 30mins from Airport, which made this hotel excellent place to base yourself in Singapore. Although room was small, but was adequate. brighty furnished and comfortable. Only downside poor insulation against noise out in the corridor. Guests checking out early 5-6am you can hear them talking. Staff were excellent, I used the small gym and swimming pool.

nice new renovated hotel in a great neighbour, lots of other hotels, seven eleven for midnight snacking or emergency rain poncho (i went on rainy season), some food places, near the SAM and National Museum. very nice and safe neighbour. And also most important.. very very near MRT station .. bencoolen station (Downtown Line), Bras Basah station (circle line) and Rochor station. you can get around easily and fast. hotel staffs are very polite (singapore known to unpolite or just very robotic service , no smile or whatsoever) and in this hotel they all very helpful and polite. room was enough .. not big not small, I'm booking double bed room with a pool view. clean and nice interiors. toiletries are standard but enough. hair dryer in the drawer, safe deposit box, hanger, flat TV big enough, room wifi and most important clean bed sheets and very soft bed and fluffy pillow. shower with hot and cold. one thing I just want to suggest.. please make a bidet for the toilet, i am asian :D

Excellent location, heart of shopping malls and cheap eats”

First time I have stayed at Hotel MI, and was not disappointed. Almost beside Bencoolen MRT station (Downtown Line) which meant it was a very swift and easy journey for me from T2 Changi airport to hotel in under 30mins! Although room was small it was adequate, brightly appointed I had a very comfortable 6 days there. Used small gym (2 threadmills and 2 bikes) and lap pool, made Hotel Mi great value for $. Staff were super friendly, and service was always prompt and professional. I have stayed at many budget hotels under $150p/night and Hotel Mi is by far the best!

Perfect Location…Accessible transport, dinning & shopping”

This is my 4th time staying at Hotel Mi. Getting from Changi Airport is a breeze, take the (MRT) Downton Line to Bencoolen Street, the journey takes approx 50mins, the MRT station is less than 2mins walk from the MRT station. For the price, the hotel offers superb value, clean rooms, comfortable bed and great service plus added benefit of the superb location. Only gripe is that the room walls are extremely thin or so you can guests/ cleaning staff outside in the corridor late at night or very early in the morning.

Loved the location of the hotel! I could walk to basically anywhere as this place was very central. Hotel MI is also a 5 min walk away from the National Museum of Singapore and 15 mins away from Plaza Singapura. The staff at the hotel were also really friendly and made my stay as comfortable as they could. Definitely a place to stay if you want the less hustling and bustling of Orchard but central enough for everything else.

A WORD OR TWO FROM A POTENTIAL REPEAT GUEST”

My wife, my mid-twenties daughter and I stayed at Hotel Mi for four nights last week from Nov 12 thru 16, 2017. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay there. It started with the nice and easy trip from the airport to the Bencoolen MRT exit which is on the same side of the street and only 1 minute walk away from it. As soon as you enter the elevator of this new hotel, everything is automated with state-of-the- art ICT. We did not find time to try their on-loan Handy smart phone, the availability of which started on our last night , though, as we were too busy with something else we needed to attend to. The downsides are : 1. the ac control built-in on the wall is not user-friendly. In other words, it is easier to use the remote control of a wall-mounted ac , 2. the check-out time of 11:00 am is 1 hr earlier than any other hotel I have stayed in 7 other different countries. When checking out, we needed to appeal to them for an hour extension which they granted, though , and 3. t

Great Location”

Hotel MI was a surprise for my partner and I. The location is perfect as it is next to the Bencoolen MRT should you wish to take the train anywhere. Otherwise it is perfect walking distance to Bugis. My partner and I even walked to Orchard Road and the 25 min walk we did allowed us to see the surrounding areas filled with malls, art installations, food places, cafes and pubs. The hotel room is small but it's expected for a boutique hotel. Facilities are quite well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly. I'd stay there again!

Great place for a weekend / short stay”

Hotel Mi was very easy to find, about 100m from two exits from Bencoolen MTR station. staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel does have a small pool and gym (but we didn't use either). Bars, cafes, restaurants within easy walking distance. Quite central, so you could walk to many places of interest and the MTR is perfect for getting about. The room was very small, but comfortable and well designed. Not much space to store clothes or a suitcase, but this didn't matter for our weekend as we were traveling light anyway.
