Outstanding experience ”
The Hotel is really beautiful!!! I’ve never seen such a beautiful greenery design inside of the hotel. The hotel is a bit old (1972) but they are trying their best to keep it clean and the service is great. We booked ordinary room but at check in we were told that our room was upgraded for free. When we entered the room it was one of the biggest room in the hotel, which was 3 times bigger than what we had booked. It was sparkling clean and was cleaned up daily. Beautiful beach and two huge pool sides. One of the pools is with warm water. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great. Fresh, delicious, lots and lots of options! Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels in Naha with the most beautiful private beach

Amazing place, I felt in Hawaï 💓the hotel is giant, several pools, the view from everywhere is stupendous, stands amidst lots of vegetation, many birds, peace, in every part of the hotel has a wonderful place to sit and enjoy nature. The cleanliness is great, amenities ok, ok room, bed and pillows ok, the tub has room view is very Sexy loved. The delicious breakfast, the beach, is private and wonderful, has shops and several restaurants inside the hotel and on the street next to several restaurants and shops, great location. The hotel is amazing, I got an up grade for being my birthday, I will never forget it, my stay here being amazing. Thank you all 👍👌💓

Very well maintained hotel with private beach”
It was cold drizzling cloudy windy season when we arrived, we were offered an upgrade to sea view room where we can look out to the endless ocean! This hotel is the best hotel we had so far in the entire trip, and with discount it’s reasonably priced! Imagine listening to the waves all night! However the centralized AC/heater isn’t as warm as we want it to be, we ended up feeling cold whole night. Note that the pools (infinity pool too!) are all close due to cold season, but the facilities are very well maintained. The staff were very respectful and everywhere is perfect! We even spotted wedding solemnization at the cute little chapel in the hotel~

Exceptional”
The rooms were big relative to the average room I've stayed in Japan. The resort pretty much had everything, and the facilities were all nice. Lots of food options around the area if you don't want to pay for the slightly pricey restaurants in the hotel. Parking was not free. Depending on what you're looking for, Hotel Moon Beach may or may not be for you. I think the place would have been better for families with kids and less so for people who are looking for more relaxed, less crowded experience. The indoor pool was crowded with kids the during our entire stay.

Tropical Paradise!”
For me, Onna (the spot the hotel is in), is one of the most gorgeous areas in Okinawa. The view is absolutely stunning! The old-school Hawaiian theme/vibe is very relaxing and enjoyable. There is something for people of all ages to enjoy, you can do a bunch of activities or just live your best life staring at the tropical water. Two pools is a nice option (covered but outdoor and infinity pool surrounded by palm trees.)

Lovely hotel”
We loved our stay here, I have 4 children under the age 8 and they had the best time. I love that the rooms are so close to the beach and the pools. Its an older hotel but still so beautiful. For me the only down side was being a vegan and there being nearly nothing to eat other than rice or salad. But overall it was such an enjoyable holiday and kids can't wait to go back.

US family vacation spot”
Best advice points: Tattoos are ok poolside The buffet is amazing when open Wear shoes at the beach, husband was stung by a sting ray! PAY EXTRA FOR THE CLUB ROOM! You get free drinks in the evening to include sake and wine! Premium parking and poolside seating. Its so worth it! They have a small pool for small kiddos to touch in.

Great pool , easy accessible area”
Family of 4 enjoyed a lot of pool time. Both indoor and outdoor pool were great. The included breakfast was delicious. Slightly dated, but the size of the yolks more than makes up for it. Kids could spread out and enjoy.

It was great hotel to spend some family time. We had breakfast and dinner tickets for the buffet. We liked dinner better but breakfast wasn’t bad it just didn’t have as much “American” options in the morning for our kids. But food was great over all. The outdoor infinity pool and beach close early 5p. Wish it was a little later. Indoor heated pool 8p. If you go during off-season you MUST reserve outdoor sports stuff like banana boat, jet skis and such 3 days before. So keep that in mind. The hotel does have beach toys for kids to use for free which was nice. We didn’t have to bring our own. Bring water shoes for the beach because the sand in the water is a little rough. Soft sand was only where the beach chairs and umbrellas were. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and approachable. Would return again.

Good price and no problem in casual outfits everywhere in hotels. Staff in the hotel advised us many local restaurants opened to late night and they are very easy to access on foot.

i am a club member and we have our own parking spot... but when we were about to leave... my wife had to get off the car and took the cone off for our exit in the rain... it kinda left a bitter taste at the end... but before that? everything else was great! like i said... my kids loved it and so did my wife for her birthday...
