We stayed for 2 nights at 2 rooms, non Japanese western style for 3 people, non-smoking complete with breakfast for 6. Rooms were spacious, clean, with good amenities. Location was superb, right across Kyoto station, close to tons of shopping, restaurants, and konbini (convenience store). Staffs were friendly, helping me sending my luggage to my next hotel in Tokyo even willing to store my box of cheesecake on their fridge before check-in time. I only tried their buffet breakfast, which was sufficient. I will come back to this hotel when I am in Kyoto.

1) Location is really good that just 3 mins from Kyoto Station. 2) Housekeeping staff is so nice and tidy the room very clean. They also put some paper notes to notice guests since they could not determine the object could be dispose or not so they remain keeping it. Which is warm. 3) Room is not too small, clean and you got all amenities you need.

Located next to Kyoto Station, this hotel offers convenient access to local bus routes, taxis, trains and the shinkansen. The discount we got through Agoda made it an excellent deal for accommodation in such close proximity to a major transportation, shopping and food hub. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

The location of this hotel is so convenience. It is across from the Kyoto station and a mall that provide everything that we need. On top of that the hotel room is roomy compared to other Japanese hotel, clean and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again.

A family of 6 from Australia, with 4 teenage children, we had 3 in each room which was interconnecting. Location was perfect, right at the station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big enough and very clean. Would highly recommend.

We are a family of four, traveling with 2 large suitcases and we had enough room to open the luggage and still move around. The hotel is very conveniently located, you can basically take any bus and/or metro from there. The breakfast and lunch buffet were very good, there were all types of choices even for my picky eaters. Would definitely recommend it!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just right opposite Kyoto station and bus terminal. Just 10-step walk, you can reach the entrance of Shiokoji-dori, where you can find plenty of restaurants and food stalls. It doesn’t matter if it is raining or too sunny, because you can go straight to Kyoto station through Shiokoji-dori.

Good location, very nice breakfast, especially Japanese style breakfast. Although facility is a bit outdated, but the hotel can manage to deliver cleanliness and service. It’s right opposite to Kyoto station which make it supper convenient for traveling. One thing I have to mention is Staff service. I left an item in room after Che Jed our but hotel staff was very attentive to my request. They sent the item to my friend in another city, the next day, so that the item could be brought to me back home. Highly recommend this property- location, food and Services! K

Great location if you will be going around Kyoto and Osaka as the train station and bus stops is just across you. Underground you have a plethora of commercial restaurants. Just a 3 minute walk to the Kyoto Tower. Hotel is pretty old as you can tell with the fixtures, but everything is well maintained.

Loved this hotel. Location right in front of bus and kyoto station. Staff and service was amazing here. Our hotel room was not ready at 3pm for check in but the manager came out, apologised and even gifted us 6 boxes of japanese biscuits. We had a twin room for 2A2C, spacious and clean. Loved our stay here. Hotel was only lacking self laundry service. Everything else was great.

It's a very nice place for the price I got. It's big enough for a couple with a toddler. The location is a big plus for being very close to the train station, shopping and eating places! The staff's also very nice. I asked for a couple of things and they're very accommodating. Would love to stay here again when I get back to Kyoto!

Hotel is conveniently located opposite the kyoto train station and bus station. The nippon car rental is also round thr corner. The rooms are v confortable and clean. They provide new sets of pyjamas and toiletries everyday. They also provided umbrellas on a rainy day. The hotel staff were most helpful with advice when we needed durections. It is a really great value for money hotel in kyoto.

only stayed here 1 night but would stay here longer if i were to travel to Kyoto again. Location is great! Its right next to the Kyoto Station. I caught the cab to any area which was mainly for convenience and price wasn't that bad. Hotel itself was nice and very clean. Will definitely stay here again.
