The reason i chose this hotel is because it is near to Cilantro Culinary School, Super recommended for family who have son or daughter who studied at Cilantro. Less than a min walking distance to Cilantro.

Condition of hotel is new. Sink is in room not the toilet. Not as expected as it looks comfortable in the picture, but its not. Air conditioner not cool, tv has very bad reception. Will never come back. However the staff is quite helpful

Booked this room for my guest and their kids. They were very happy with the room. Their kids being downstairs and they are upstairs. Will book for them again next trip!

Booked the deluxe double room.Room was great for the night. Had a good sleep on the big bed for myself! The room is value for money. Will recommend to others.

The room is clean and the family room was spacious. Was lucky that they upgraded us to a deluxe duplex which made our trip perfect! Definitely coming back again to this place!

Bad customer service by front desk and wrong room given”

Wait for 15 minutes because no on at front desk. Paid to agoda for triple room but getting double room. When request to front desk to change room, he promise to give new room in 15 minutes. Went back to front desk but the staff already went off and his replacement have no idea of changing my room to the triple room as promise. Others minus points are tv not working, aircond remote not working, aircond leaking, mosquitoes in room, noisy with fire alarm for almost 30 minutes. Will not come again.

Two queen bed, suitable for occupancy up to 4 pax or more. Very near shopping malls, The summit, Mydin and Giant were at walking distance. Wifi access not available in room. No mini bar No hair dryer No ironing facilities Lots of mosquitoes

i have been travel around malaysia and stay in number of hotels. new town usj is the ultimate and the worst hotel i ever experience. i feel shame that i stayed in this hotel. the room condition , the staff, the environment ..everything is very bad. how is it possible there is no staff in reception when i want to check in !

Tv in the room can’t switch on using remote and also it does not function at all. The bathroom floor are slippery. Be careful. I feel bit dusty on the floor. Mattress seems like old type as i can feel bit spring when i sleep on it. I know i get to book a room with a cheap price, but please fix whatever things which need to fix.

Was bad. Nothing mentioined at booking btime abiut deoposit till one vactaes. Reason is a foreigner needs to hjave sufficient foreoghn exchange, in this case ringuits, to provide the dposit. Please not the room rent has laready bveen paih. No facilityu to make coffee or tea., No dispensation in entuire ghotekl for hot/cold water for guest for coffeee/tea. No keetle in room. When checking ot requestesd the person in charge to cxall for a taxi. Said better you walk down to nearby place. Taook a 10 minute walk and waited 30 mninutes before i got a taxi.. Never again Hotel New ton at Sentral or any other branch
