Worthy to stay”
Hotel staff very kind and friendly. Hotel still in good conditions. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel breakfast and dinner taste so so but variety choices. Feel surprise as their dinner was brought to room. Hotel is very near to onsen street and just a walk in distance to hell valley. Opposite of the hotel is bus station. Strongly recommend 👍🏻

Nice stay in otaru”
takes 10 minutes walk from train sta. Even if it was a old hotel. But still very clean. Staff were nice and can speak English to solve my question. Very close to Otaru river. You can see from room window. Very good breakfast. A good experience stay.

Best location in Otaru with classic decoration hotel. ”
Lovely place and very close to famous points in Otaru. The warehouse on Otaru canal is just cross the street and 5minutes walk to shopping street. We forgot room cards and came back late around 12.30p.m. No one at the lobby but when we called with the bell ,staff response instantly to help us. We have pleasant stay here with many photos of good remembrances.

Pleasant stay for 2 nights”
Pros: Big room can fit 3 adults and 1 kid (5 year old), they give us total 4 beds. Canal View is relaxing. Toilet and bathroom separated, bathroom is big and clean. We arrived at 11am and allowed us to put our luggage at lobby. Hotel staff is friendly and can communicate with English. Lobby provide free coffee from 9am to 9pm and you can collect from lobby for DHC cleansing sample like cleansing oil, facial cleanser, toner, moisturiser etc. Cons: Window cannot be open, we feel abit stuffy on the 1st night. We told reception for the problem and they provide us a table fan and it feel much more comfortable on 2nd night! Thanks for that.

Nord Otaru -Great location right I front of the Otaru canel -15 mins down hill walking distance from Otaru JR station to hotel, passing by Lawson in the mid way -Bus stop in front of the hotel to Kiroro tribute hotel. Must purchase a reserved seat in advance thru website -Highly recommended to try Naruto fried chicken. 10 mins walking distance from the hotel -20 mins walking distance to Letao shop, stream clock, music box diy, glass shop

We enjoyed our 2 night stay as the room is spacious with a pleasant view over the canal & the warehouses. The location is perfect- right on the canal & close to all the former herring warehouses & arts & crafts shops. The staff were very helpful & recommended & booked a restaurant for us.

as it was a birthday trip, we were greeted with a small birthday present. And finally they practice flexibility, they allow early check in as room was ready. As we were in a very rush to check out early morning the follow day, we were allowed to park on the side of hotel instead of parking lift. Good Otaru Canal view

Good location and Good Breakfast”
Lovely hotel. Easy walking from the train station. Overlooking the canal. Good breakfast with a sumptious spread of variety of food. We came during winter. The hotel and surrounding area was all covered with snow. It was beautiful. Will come back!

Exceptional”
This hotel is just about 5 minutes walk from the train station. Places of interest are within walking distance. Staff were polite and friendly. There was quite a bit of noise coming from the room above us as we were trying to settle in for the night. We called reception and was immediately assigned another room. Room was clean and spacious and we had the view of the Otaru Canal from our room window which made our one night stay even more fabulous.

Otaru-Shi is a quite large town easily accessible from Sapporo. Hotel is close to the centre of the town and the museums. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Staff very helpful.

The beautiful romantic Otaru Canal is right opposite the hotel. 5 minutes walk to JR station, and most of the popular spots such as the fishcake factory, LeTao, fish market......are all within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel room is small but modern & clean. Staffs are very friendly & helpful.

Everything is good. especially it is just beside the Otaru Canal River. Room was clean, staff were helpful. I booked a room for 4 people, it looked like a room for 2 with 2 single bed added in, but the space is enough for 4 though. :)
