The staff need better training and extra cost need to be listed”
The Asian lady in afternoon was hopeless and had a communication issue,and the guy on nite shift was very arrogant and did not wish to move from his chair. And the car parking I’ve not dealt with something so small and awkward Between that and the extra charges on room service which I’ve never heard off before my 40th was destroyed, Thanx for destroying what should have been a cheerful occasion for us My wife and I stay at hotels every month and we will not recommend nor return to hotel northbridge

Dear Tuahiahi I would like to apologise for the way the staff handled you during your stay at the hotel. We are currently training up new reception staff as we are also letting go of old staff(male reception). I am sincerely apologetic and embarrassed by the way the reception staff communicated and the arrogance portrayed during your stay. I thank you for bringing this to our attention, as this is how we find out what areas we need to improve in. Yes, the hotel does have a very small & tight underground car park with limited car parking bays available and it does get very difficult with large vehicles. I am unsure of the extra charges from room service, but there is usually a $2.50 Room service charge and this is common in most hotels. Old and dated. Carpets smelled musty. But loved the spa and pricing reasonable. Waited almost 45 mins for brekky then walked out when it came bcs the order was incorrect. Waitress was lovely but cannot cope on her own

Hi Jo Thank you for taking the time to pass on your feedback from your recent stay, it is very much appreciated. The hotel is currently undergoing a slow refurbishment with all rooms being repainted first and then we are looking at changing the carpets in our rooms. Unfortunately on occasions, people have accidentally overfilled the spa, causing it to wet the carpet and hence we do get a musty smell. We do our best to try and eliminate this problem by regularly having the carpets steam cleaned. I am really sorry about the issues you had with your breakfast and I have spoken to the Head Chef and also the Restaurant Manager about this. Thank you once again for bringing these issues to our attention as it helps us identify areas that we need to improve on both staff training and upgrades in our hotel rooms. Great Hotel”
The hotel is in a quite location away from the nightclub noise, yet close enough to be in walking distance. The rooms are clean, well presented and have all the modern amenities. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with and the bar staff were excellent. Overall this is a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone and will stay here again and again.

Not that close so bit of a walk to the city. Staff member that greated us seemed very unprofessional, stained white shirt, untucked shirt, casual flippant attitude. Room ok nothing special. 11 o'clock checkout which really sucks on a Sunday Morning.

Enjoyed our Hotel experience . The room was neat and tidy best part was the spa . It was a warm day and so trying to cool the room down was a struggle . The air con looks tired and isn't cold at all . Breakfast was nice and staff at reception were nice and friendly . overall a good experience .

Stayed here after a hens night out very comfy clean beds there was 3 of us big spacious room. Staff very friendly and check in out easy. Breakfast was amazing and wait staff friendly All in all a great time was had by all I would stay here again

Great value option to stay over in Northbridge”
Great value when you have a night out in Northbridge to stay over. Quick walk from centre of Northbridge to hotel. Clean large rooms (not fancy but just fine and very comfy beds). Really appreciated undercover parking and free late checkout at 12pm. Will definitely be back.

Staff were really nice and helpful. It does get rowdy when you get loud neighboring guests but thats not the fault of the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.

We have stayed here a few times before and it’s always been great. For the price it is really good, nice rooms lovely staff. This time though we had a leaking toilet which took two phone calls to get someone up to look at it which they couldn’t fix or give us another room as they were booked up, so we just had to keep putting towels down to soak up all the water. Then the next day for breakfast downstairs with friends we ordered breakfast and two orders were forgotten and then were re ordered but two nearly an hour to come out! Hopefully this was just a one off

Rooms were ok for what we needed although the bathroom was such a strange set up. No privacy whatsoever except a shower curtain. Once out of the shower you were in full view of everyone. And the toilets were the most bizarre set up I've ever come across. Thy were so low to the ground like it was made for a toddler and the toilet was placed on a angel so you smashed into the walk every time you needed to go in. Our room card stopped working 6 times so we had to go to the front desk each time for them to fix it and the hallways were very hot ,I guess trying save money so no way air con we're on. Location was good for where we needed to go but other than that I wouldn't return

We do state on our Website that all our rooms are open plan with studio style bathrooms, to allow guests to sit in the spa and watch the TV should they desire. We do apologize for your room cards needing to be reactivated during your stay, unfortunately the cards have a low magnetic strip that can be accidentally decoded by being too close to a mobile phone or other items that also have a magnetic strip. Food was exceptional. Staff could Answer the phone for room service as I had to then hang up and ring reception. Also it's a good idea when someone request a bucket of ice for champagne to take one with ice and an empty one so that the ice can be transferred around the bottle. Other than that great stay

Stayed in a Queen Spa room. Unfortunately was a little awkward for me to get in and out of the spa. Bottom of the spa was very slippery and no hand rails. The shower was also over the spa. The room was very spacious and well appointed and the staff very friendly.
