OMG! I LOVE Hotel NuVe Urbane”

OMG! I LOVE Hotel NuVe Urbane, I really do! Hotel's are expensive in Singapore, and the three star hotels with great locations like NuVe that are "affordable" are often reviewed as "dirty" or some other disqualifying review comment. This hotel is super clean, the staff are all 5 star (kudos to the staff, Elvis and Johnny) the location is awesome. While the rooms are not big--very few are in Singapore-- they are very comfortable. For the money, Hotel NuVe Urbane is the best deal in Singapore. I will be back. Thanks NuVe!

I had a wonderful stay at Nuve Urbane! The staff was very accommodating! The room was kept super clean throughout my six-night stay! Breakfast was included in my rate and was fabulous! My room had a mini-bar that was complimentary and refreshed daily! I really appreciated the beverage and snacks that were always available in the lobby, too. ..so refreshing coming back from a day of sightseeing! And the pool area and terrace are gorgeous!!! I highly recommend this hotel!

This was our first time staying at Nuve Urbane, overall I would say 8/10. This new hotel has friendly and helpful frontline staff, bar corner with free welcome drinks and bites is a plus! Room was nice and sufficient for 2, bathroom was pretty, however there was oil stain on a corner of our bed. Swimming pool and balcony looks relaxing! Hope all the good services will last and i’d love to back for another stay. :)

Great staycay away from the city”

Hotel NuVe Urbane was a good find and we had an enjoyable staycation. Good food places in nearby surroundings (10 mins walk), just needs a little bit of exploring. Room was cosy, might be a tad too small for long term travelers due to lack of space for large luggage (personal opinion), could consider the larger rooms. Service was wonderful, concierge staff made us feel welcome right from the start. Would recommend and come back again.

Hotel close to busy street, where you can have n number of choices for eatery not to mention walkable distance to big Mustafa shopping centre, rooms were neat and tidy however they were of small size. Reception staff were always helpful and courteous for the request we made. They assisted and guided for the medical emergency service, i really appreciate that. Overall a good stay at Nuve Urbane hotel.

A very enjoyable stay!”

This is my 2nd time staying with Hotel NuVe Urbane, and twice as long as my first stay. This hotel has great access to many other places conveniently either via train or bus, such as MBS, Orchard/Somerset, Chinatown, old airport road hawker, etc. Nearest MRT station we used was lavender. A lot of great food around the area too and an NTUC & laundry kiosk just nearby. The rooms are very clean and the bed so comfortable! There is also a small pool at level 5 which me and my boyfriend swam in on several nights. Staff were nice and friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Dainty hotel with excellent service”

I absolutely praise the staff at NuVe Urban. The room size is average for Singapore and the hotel provides adequate enmities for an enjoyable stay. Even though the hotel is located within Bugis, it took a while to get to the train station. I recommend this hotel if you don't mind exploring and walking around in tropical weather.

Exceeded Expectations”

Hotel NuVe Urbane is a smallish and quite stylish hotel in a really cool district only a 10 minute taxi ride from the harbor (or 40 minute walk). The neighborhood is local. There are may places you can eat on street tables with and try some really good local food. The area has a lot of Karaoke bars which adds to a rather unique local nightlife experience. It all seemed very safe and hospitable. Not far from underground for getting easily and cheaply around Singapore. Nice hotel restaurant and outside eating spot as well. Room was very comfy and right beside the rooftop swimming pool. Really liked it and would stay here again.

Good Hotel on a midrange budget”

Hotel Nuve was a great choice for travellers who want to spend a little more to avoid a pod hotel. Hotel was clean and pool area was beautiful. Rooms were compact but this is to be expected in Singapore. Staff were polite and helpful. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Very good”

Nice new boutique hotel location is good if you don't mind a short walk to the MRT station. Many competitors small scale hotels in this area and comparing the price to their conpetitors, Nuve Urbane is value for money. breakfast is good with 4choices , and not a problem if you don' stay long. Management level and some staff are very friendly with warm smiles and greetings (Mia and one chinese young guy). but 2 staff gave you the very cold look everytime u walk pass the reception

Cozy boutique hotel with a modern touch”

This was my second time staying at this hotel (the third one followed shortly) as part of Nuve hotels’ trials. Pros: Daily filled free mini bar with great pod coffee & tea; The hotel is set amid an alive neighborhood with 24/7 supermarket, restaurants & cafes; Comfy bed & nicely built bathroom with complementary amenities & high quality bathroom facilities; much better value for money compared to accommodations of the same price range (or even to more expensive hotels) Cons: Quite a walk to nearest MRTs (not recommended for those planning to reach the hotel by train); Bathroom with rain shower lacks of side walls/curtain so it’s bit difficult to manage the aftershower splashes; unstable & distuptive wifi across nuve hotels required manual boost during high traffic; mini fridge with a door (unfortunately) open to the wrong side is placed inside the built-in closet, so it heats up the space & could damage whatever is hung or placed inside the closet if you keep the door closed.

Amazing little boutique”

We just booked in to our hotel - we booked room with a balcony and although small it’s amazing - great soft bed - lovely little bathroom (no bath) great big TV with fox movies. There are mini bar items complimentary and a Nespresso pod coffee machine The room balcony door opens right out into the pool area which is amazing - so close to the Lavendar MRT station and lots of eats - fair price supermarket is only a block away. Staff very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning is quite cold but you need it because it’s so warm in Singapore . It’s not one of Si capotes big glamorous hotels but if you are looking for something scrupulously clean, convenient and value for money - you can’t go past this lovely little boutique hotel in the burbs (tiny but lovely) - we were pleasantly surprised

Pleasant Stay”

The hotel receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile on his face. He explained all formalities in detail and we checked in within five minutes. There were snacks and welcome drink offered at the lobby for the guests. Our Premier Double Room was located on the 4th floor. The room was of a modern design. It was clean, compact but with some room to breath. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We really had a good sleep on all four nights of our stay. The toilet was equipped with all necessary toiletries. Towels were clean, Water pressure was good and the water heater worked without an issue throughout our stay.The complimentary snacks and drinks were a definite thumbs up. These were also refilled every day. Location wise the hotel is located at a central area in Singapore. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, malls, bus stations, MRT stations within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is excellent and I will definitely stay here again.

Simple and casual ”

Value for money in a relatively good location if you’re looking for a lower cost stay in SG. We stayed a night to attend a concert at Kallang Indoor stadium. Simple and small room (as are all hotels in SG at this price). Felt quite new and well kept. Think there were trains nearby, probably need a walk. But we chose to grab mostly . Had pretty good Laksa (Sungei Road Laksa) at a food court nearby. I think it’s quite close to Chye Seng Huat coffee (but it was closed that day)

I was really impressed with this hotel for the price. It's not easy getting a hotel in Singapore for around $100 per night. I like the concept for solo traveler of a single bed and smaller room with all the facilities. Big TV with plenty of cable choices. Free snack bar is wonderful. Gorgeous rain forest shower. Fantastic pool and garden area on the 5th floor(I think). I used the pool every morning. So many eating places nearby which made it so difficult to decide what to eat. Food everywhere close was delicious. It was an easy walk to Lavender MRT. Also a nice stroll to Arad Street and Bugis. Breaky was a little different but lovely as well. I will return to this hotel without a doubt.

Birthday Stay-cation Surprise for Husband”

I was allowed to check in earlier around 2.30pm on 13 April 2019. I was surprised that the room was decorated with beautifully folded towels in the shape of swans, rose petals and a hand made birthday card for my husband at no extra cost. Thanks for going that extra mile. We had an relaxing time at the pool, bed was comfortable, amenities in the room were great and the mini bar and canned drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary and refillable. Checked out fuss free on 14 April at 12pm. Except I forgot to confirm if the $100 refundable hotel stay deposit was refunded. I hope the staff remembers to process it. All in all, the experience was awesome and we'll consider having another stay-cation some time again and recommend others Hotel NuVe Urbane.

One thing we thought was great was that the hotel's mini bar was complementary and replenished daily - which meant we had an assortment of snacks and drinks to come home to or take out with us everyday. With how expensive Singapore is on average, this was a huge plus! We didn't need it, but they also offered a 'Handy' Smartphone on request. so worth the money”

We just needed a comfortable room to stay overnight in while we were out exploring Singapore. This hotel is small, yes, but super lovely, clean and comfortable. Mini bar was free to use. Wifi was good. Location was pretty much central to a lot of places. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Staff super professional. I'll definitely stay here again. Surprised that a boutique hotel like this can really live up to the standards of hotels that are more expensive than this.

Room is very spacious and clean. It’s located just few minutes from the train station. Excellent location with many cafes around. The hotel is only 3 train stations from Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. 1 station from Bugis and 2 stops to Singapore Flyer and Esplanade. Love the complimentary mini bar which comes with espresso coffee machine and free snacks in lobby as well. Would definitely recommend this new hotel to friends!
