Amazing Resort!!!”
My girlfriend and I had been waiting to go to Churaumi Aquarium and this resort was perfectly located for this trip. It's a very short walking distance to the aquarium. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a program if you decline room-cleaning (you can still get new towels), you can get 1 of 3 gifts each day you opt for the 'no cleaning' - a free Hotel Orion tote bag, ticket to the onsen, or free drink. There are great restaurant options inside the hotel - we did the Sirius buffet for breakfast and dinner. Amazing variety, very delicious, and all fresh. The room was absolutely amazing. Great balacony with view of the 2 private beaches for the hotel. Big bathroom with a separate huge walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The private beaches have picture-perfect white sand (kinda a lot of shells to walk on) and the water is just a beautiful blue. Beach closes at 5:30 pm though I believe. I did a package at the spa which was really nice too.

High-class, Clean Hotel”
We stayed in an ocean-view room in January, so the price was fairly reasonable (~$225/night), but I imagine it might be much more in summer (in which case I would rate it lower on value for money). The staff were very kind, and unlike some hotels have done, didn't question us as a gay couple sharing a double bed or switch us to a room with 2 beds, which was great! The staff took our luggage, showed us the room, and explained everything. The view was amazing, and the room was new, clean, and spacious. Easy access to Emerald Beach (right in front of the hotel) and the Aquarium were great, but in winter everything seemed to close just a little early. The rooms didn't have microwaves, but the staff happily heated up the food I brought back from the Lawson convenience store just up the road. After checking out the next morning, the staff also happily stored our luggage for a few hours so we could explore more of the area before heading back to Naha. Thanks!

Exceptional”
We can't find any fault during our 3-night stay in this resort. The location is perfect as it's very close to the Churaumi Aquarium and the Ocean Expo Park. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The view from the room is very beautiful. The staff we met were all very courteous. The resort is quite a distance from town. But the restaurants in the resort are of high quality and in affordable price ranges. There are coin laundry and vending machines on our floor which we found very convenient. I will wish to visit again next time I visit Okinawa.

Top hospitality service”
Service here is at its finest from the point we entered the hotel to departure. Staffs to help out with luggage at the point we stopped our car, checking in, in-room introduction, etc. Even though some of the staffs who helped us out are trainees, they are very informative and helpful. Room is extraordinarily! It’s a great value of money! Spacious room with jaw dropping ocean view. We were pretty impressed. Despite good service and great room, the hotel should have included the Onsen entrance fee in room rate. We felt like they provide hardwares but everything on top is chargeable like an extra bottle of water is at charge. A change on this would elevate the whole experience.

The hotel is set on beautiful grounds. Our room is spacious facing the Emerald Beach. We had lovely view of the sea from our balcony. The outdoor pool is lovely but water was too cold for our kids but they had a great time in the indoor pool. We had a delicious Yakiniku dinner and the meat were of excellent quality. It was a short walk to the aquarium and if you don’t want to walk you can also take the shuttle that is chargeable. The hotel also serve Orion beer and pineapple juice for welcome drink. The breakfast is very good too although the dining area was crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Extremely big rooms with beautiful views out to the ocean. Breakfast spread is good but it was the same for the days that we were there for. Great location with walking distance to the aquarium and the sea. It's just beautiful. Most relaxing holiday ever. Only complaint is that the rooms look a bit old, but nothing intolerable.

Lovely hotel”
Rooms are huge! Plenty of space for young kids to run about. Emerald beach is just a few steps away. Pool is of decent size though it can get abit crowded at times. Enjoyed the onsen too - it’s complimentary if you don’t require housekeeping (your towels will still get replaced). Churaumi aquarium is a 7min walk away. Only slight disappointment is in their food variety and service - there wasn’t even an egg station at breakfast and on site restaurants seem quite small and require reservation at all times. Overall would still recommend this hotel for its location and comfort.

We stayed for one night at this hotel and felt like we should stay longer since there are many things to do. Everything was great except the yakiniku restaurant was too pricey and not that tastety. Will definitelt come back.

Large and clean rooms with huge balcony and sea view. Well designed rooms with many thoughtful features, especially the bathroom. Exceptional service from all staff, in particular front desk who assisted us greatly. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food is very good. Also near attractions (churaumi aquarium, Bise tree lined path with many good lunch food options in the area)

Refreshing colouring of the room, white and light wooden colour, feel very comfy of just staying at the room facing the sunset and the beach. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are nice and polite. Definitely will return next time.

Great location albeit with some facilities quite lacking”
The location of the hotel is excellent if you plan on visiting the aquarium. While the room is clean and daily breakfast spread is excellent, some of the facilities seemed to be inferior to other hotels. Firstly, the complimentary wifi is very slow. Even though this is the most expensive hotel I had stay in Okinawa, the wifi speed is worse than other cheaper hotels. Second, no in-room heating. During the cold January weather, there is no option for heating the room. So we have to resort to closing the balcony doors and wearing warm clothings. I would prefer to have room heating, which is more suitable for young children.

If you want to enjoy and healing at Okinawa, this hotel is really good place. Connected with beach(very peaceful enjoying emerald beach northern okinawa ), well managed garden and grass. Really near by Churaumi aquarium by walk. Staffs are kind and good to communicate.

New and clean hotel. Wonderful stay”
The hotel is splendid! We enjoyed the stay there a lot cos it has wonderful view of the Emerald sea. Very breezy. One could really chill out at a decently sized balcony. The room is huge and very clean. There is no musky smell as the floor is wooden. The onsen is also very good. They have all kind of skin lotion hair tonic to pamper the guests. I wish the onsen pass is per stay instead of per day.
