This was a nice place to stay. I liked the bed and the bed pillows and the bathroom was nice as well in our two person room.

Not too good or too bad”
The hotel is a 15 mins walk from nipponbashi. 10 mins walk from nearest train station. So its not exactly near. Toilet door is transclucent so it doesnt work well if youre travelling with friends. The extra bed is VERY hard and NOT COMFORTABLE. Staffs are great though. Hotel’s breakfast changes. If you dont expect much then youre fine.

Room size is Big but no any service and old hotel”
Room is big and good BF. Location likely good near Kuromon Market and Shinsaibashi. But cleaness is very bad and no any facility. Elavator is very old need to maintenance or change. Some staff are not service mind.

location was quite out from the main shopping area. You will need at least 15mins walk. The hotel is very old and shabby. Space wise was very small and cramp. I would not want to come back here again.

Awesome Hotel!”
hotel aldebaran has everything you need. nice big bed, heating / cooling, television, etc. the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, each morning my cousin and i would tell them our plans for the day and they would get us subway maps and tell us interesting places to go. they did not speak much english and i spoke limited japanese so it was a bit of a challenge but they enjoyed it immensely. the rooms were nice and we were able to transfer to a non-smoking room with no hassles a day after we arrived for no extra charge. i would definitely recommend staying at hotel aldebaran, it's so easy to find (just follow the massive overpass!) and the staff are lovely. there is a restaurant and bar on the same floor as the lobby but it wasn't open during our stay.

Nice and cozy stay”
First of all -Access to the hotel have good location. but I had bit of hassle to find this hotel. It's not on the main road. turn lest one block beforehnad form the mail intersection. -Location It's next to the high way, which made me concern about noise at night. but didnt feel the noise at all while sleeping. -Noise at night. It could be so noisy if there is poeple, talking on the phone on the hallway at night. In my case, there was one korean man, doing this anoying event at 3am. even though, thoes things. I will stay here for my next visit bocoz of great value for money and great access to the "DOTOMBORI"

Lukily we knew Osaka and what we were looking for. Hotel was nit close or far from the shopping and eating places but it was pretty much rundown. For similar price APA chain is better. A but further but MRT at just couple of 00's meters. It was worth 70USD JP price not 108USD. People were nice, like majority of places in Japan anyway but hotel was 50/50.

My first time stay here. Because of the location. Good location, near nipponbashi station. Convieniant to move around. Rooms are just renovated. Quite clean as mostly all of the hotels in Japan are quite clean. Simple room but comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay. Comfortable and worth value of money. It's just the staff not really understand English as usual as other hotels.

Bit of an old building. The door to the room seems to be made our of cheap material and I can actually hear noises from the other rooms. For it's price, I was able to book other better hotels in Osaka.

This is a pretty average hotel. A bit small but you get what you pay for. it's pretty close to the station and you can walk to most of the popular places in Osaka. I'd def stay here again.

This hotel in a awesome area. but people in this hotel couldn't speak english at all. even sometimes I asked for some information but they didn't really understand and gave me the right answer. It's a really nice hotel tho. Just needed train people to speak english or at least should understand english.

Be careful with the Small Double... it is actually a Single Bed, but,for 2 adults to squeeze in...most likely hugging each other to sleep! Better opt for Twin Bed. I approached the reception for an explanation and he gave me 2 single beds after telling me in Japan it is like this! To me it is cheating the customer. Is good experience for me! Otherwise, the hotel is clean. But, the strange thing is they start making up the room at around 5pm.

Room was very cramp and there was a malfunction in the light switches so all the lights were on as we slept as we couldn't put them off, the only advantage to this hotel is that is close to the train station and dotonbori area

Pros Decent room quality with a comfy bed and good sized bathroom. Breakfast is included. Cons People smoking on the non-smoking floors. Staff do not speak English very well.

The hotel seemed to be remodeling. The hall carpets were stained and dirty. Staff had limited English. It served my purpose of having a budget hotel in a fairly decent location.
