A Great Find”
Great location. Restaurants are just a hop away. One just a street behind is Kokusai Village Street – where you can find beautiful bars and stalls offering all kinds of food and drinks. Shops are mostly tourist and souvenir shops, but you can wander around the Heiradori and Mutsumidori markets where you can find more local finds and produce. The hotel has a hot bath and a spa. We didn't venture into the hot bath but went for excellent foot reflexology. The staff we always ready to help in restaurant recommendation and to call for taxis. Breakfast was terrific with plenty to choose from. Room and bathroom space were not big but adequate for a 2 nights stay. Lastly, the hotel has an art gallery during our stay, featuring art pieces from all over the world.

Very nice hotel, perfect location”
I stayed at the Palm Royal Naha during the GoTo Travel campaign, getting an incredible discount to be able to stay for only about 3000 yen. It's a very nice hotel - not like a lot of crappy business hotels I've stayed at in the past. The Deluxe room was a decent size, and the staff were very kind. For me, the chief special feature was the extensive displays of Okinawan and other art up and down every floor of one half of the hotel. Much of these are reproductions of famous works held at the museums around the city, but some are unique items which you can only see here. The hotel is also in an extremely central and convenient location. If you don't mind - or if you actually enjoy - staying right along Kokusai Dori (the Waikiki or Times Square of Okinawa), this will put you right in the heart of it.

Pros: Great location, amenities and staff. Our room was a standard Japanese size which is small compared to US hotels but it suited our needs. They provided new towels and robes everyday. When we asked to not have the room cleaned, these were left by the door. Staff are very polite and spoke English. Cons: There was a musty odor when you flush the toilet. All in all we enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Reasons? Location ..it's located in a side road in the heart of Kokusai-dori. Near to the happening areas, yet away from the hustle bustle. The room rate is S$80 per night when booked 4 months advance. Very value for money. Room size is not big, acceptable to me. It has indoor onsen. Check-in was smooth and prompt. Official check-in time is 3pm. I managed to check-in when I arrived at 1pm...very pleasant surprise. Guessed depends on rooms availability. Will stay here again should I visit Naha again. Strongly recommended.

The hotel is in the heart of Naha on Kokusai street and 400 meters from Makishi station. Makishi station is 9 stops from Airport station. The staff is very attentive and friendly. There is onsen with nano technology water free for guests. The room was small but neat and the bed was big enough for two people. We had the breakfast one day for 1300 yen and it was satisfying.

Great hotel, but not for light sleepers”
Just about everything is good or great with the Hotel Palm Royal Naha as it is right at the centre of Kokusai-dori with modern, festive, artistic facilities and amenities, but its central downtown location also means that it can get and stay noisy at night. I stayed on a weekday night, but my first room faced the close by the Kokusai food street village, so there were people drinking, laughing and eating late into the night, so it was impossible to get any sleep unless I was moved to another room on the top floor of the other side of the building. Even then, you can still hear other street sounds and people having a good time in general, which is normally great unless you are trying to sleep and catch a flight out the next day. I would definitely recommend this hotel besides this, so please stay if you do not mind the lively surroundings and sounds in the busy neighborhood.

This is best location for Kokusaidori very near to where we want to go. Near at Makishi station walking distance near to yataimura it in the other block near to heiwadori where you can enjoy shoppings food izakaya.. near to resto rant near to 3 convince store don quiojote. Also the room is super clean. Staff is very good

Excellent location, right at the center of the busy street of Kokusai-dori! Room was spacious and there was a newly built hot bath in the hotel. Saw a Swimming pool under renovation expected to be ready in summer this year, hotel is upgrading with more facilities to serve guests. The only thing lacking is no kettle in the room, had to request for it but they do provide a water cooler at the lift lobby at every level to get hot or cold water.

Excellent location on Kokusai street close to Makashi monorail station. Cosy rooms, modern design. Size of the two beds room is all right. Very good breakfast. It was my fourth stay in Naha and the best of all hotels, even the more expensive ones cannot beat it. Highly recommended, I will come back. If you travel for whale watching, February and March are better than January.

Obviously this would depend on the time of the booking, but got a very reasonable price for this hotel located in the center of town. Very LGBTQ friendly located just behind the major gay bars too. Staff were efficient and friendly as always. Have repeatedly stayed here on our trips to Okinawa.

Hotel is located in one of the side streets within Kokusai Dori, main tourist area with restaurants and shops. Hence it's very quiet. It has onsen for male and female; there's self-service laundry on the same level as the onsen. From Naha airport, take the mono rail and alight at Makishi station. Turn left to Kokusai Dori, you will first see Lawson. Walk straight ahead till you come to a junction, hotel is on your left, McDonald is on the opposite street. Tourist Information Center is located opposite the hotel. There's direct bus to the castle from the bus-stop outside McDonald. But the frequency is like 30-45 mins...good thing is the bus stop outside the Castle. If you take the mono rail, you have to walk 15 mins. Staff service is also very good. Room size is small. It has coffee making machine in the room. All in all, strongly recommended.
