Need to consider when wanting to live near Yokohama station”
Pros: - Near Yokohama station, takes about 7 mins by walk - Staff is well-trained and can serve/talk in English - Room is small (and almost hotel room in Japan is small) but clean - Stayed 3 nights at the hotel and will come back if have chance to be around Yokohama Cons: - Although the room is listed as for 2 persons but the bed is just enough for 1 if you want to sleep well in my case.

Took the wrong way walking with luggage from railway to hotel and end up carrying luggage down a flight of stairs as we need to cross to the other side of the road. Otherwise hotel is about 6min walk from Yokohama station. Hotel provide some cable for phone. It is clean and quiet. Family Mart is nearby.

its a nice hotel close to the main streets”
i didnt give all 5 stars because i once found a living cockroach (huge one) crawling on the floor near the window. I think it got in from the outside (I'm not sure) because the hotel is clean in general. But once I've told the counter they said they will help to spray the room. the room is quite large with 2 large single beds and 2 sofas, and there is enough room to open the luggage.

Good location but difficult to find”
Walking distance from Yokohama Station but a bit difficult to find the hotel especially when arriving at night time. Eventually we manage to find and check in at the hotel safely.

Excellent location with good restaurants nearby”
The hotel is a short walk to Yohohama station which has lots of shops and restuarants. There is also a Takashimaya located near the station. There is a 7-Eleven store just next to the hotel and there are nice restaurants (Gyu-Kaku aand Sukiya) about 5 mins walk from it. The hotel is a bit old but the room is spacious (by Japan standard) and clean. Security is not ideal though because anyone can access to all floors in the hotel via the lifts without a key card and the lifts are located very near to a side door, away from the reception. That said, I would still recommend this hotel as it's really value for money.

Small but far from station”
Hotel plum is located a bit far from train station and main bus station. In this area there are few restuarants and cafes. If you want to go for shopping. You need to walk into the center near the train station. The room is small but staffs are nice.
