Front Desk needs improvement”
We stayed for an evening, and my wife, who did not speak very good Japanese went to the front desk just to inquire about whether there was an onsen available. She was returned with a confused look by the front desk and was promptly asked: “what is your business here?” I understand that a communication barrier is inevitable in this country, but I had expected the front desk to be better trained for this kind of encounter with a foreign customer. That response, regardless of whether there was malicious intent, is unacceptable. Please train your staff better to respond to basic inquiries in English in the future.

Wirbt mit Fitness und Pool, doch ist nur für Club nutzbar”
Habe dieses Hotel aufgrund des Fitness-Clubs und Pool gewählt. Auf Agoda wurde das auch so beworben. Ich hätte verstanden, wenn die Einrichtung aufgrund von COVID geschlossen gewesen wäre. Doch sie ist geöffnet, doch nur für Clubmitglieder, nicht für Gäste! Das Personal spricht kein Wort Englisch!

駅にも近いし、たまアリにも近いので便利。コンビニが入っているのも便利でした。アメニティーがある事をチェックイン時ではなく外出して戻った時に初めて言われたのは残念でした。

ホテルも値段的に高くも無かったし、朝食は落ち着いた雰囲気で量もちょうど良く美味しかったのですが、ベッドのサイトボードにコンセントが2人で探せど無くて、今時充電しながら寝るから不便でした。

ほぼ屋根があり徒歩でたまアリまで行く事ができます。今回は会場から近い事が1番の条件で決めました。少し古めの普通のホテル。フロントの場所が分かりにくく迷っていたら通りかかったスタッフさんか業者の方？が親切でした。

広々したお部屋で快適でした！温泉があり1000円くらい払えば温水プールや温泉が楽しめたようです。行く前から知っていればなぁ～って思いました。興味のある方は事前にホテルに確認されると良いと思います。

受付の対応も良く、ホテルは大きくて清潔です。新都心駅からも歩いて6、7 分程度。ただ、その分電車の音は聞こえます。しかし館内は静かで申し分ありません

本当は大宮に泊まりたかったんですがどこも満室で隣駅で探しました。 ホテル内にローソンもあるし便利でした。 駅から少し歩きますが整備されていて距離は気になりませんでした。 ただフロントの男性二人に笑顔がなく無愛想だったところが気になりました。
