Good ambience and location”

Hotel is strategically situated at Chow Kit area within Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Refreshingly clean and provide ample opportunity to scour to Kuala Lumpur doentown areas. Good public transportation ie. LRT, Monorail, KTM Commuter, Free Bus Services and ample public taxis and busses. Overall best in the area.

the stay was value for money. its what i expected from a budget hotel and the facilities prepared were as mentioned in the booking site. the cleanliness of the surrounding area if can be improved would be better however in the room is good already. recommended.

Everything was good.. Staff was friendly.. Clean room.. Provide watercooler every floor.. Ayam penyet infront of hotel was tasty.. Will stay again if come to kl later.

Hospitality of staffs ”

The hotel room was clean, so was the bathroom. However, I think this place could go for cheaper price and most importantly, the staffs were very rude, they were not very responsive and unfriendly. Besides that, they did not provide payment via card, which was not convenient at all. We had to walk all the way to ATM machine to get the money TWICE !!! We had a bad experience staying here and would never stay here again

Great value for the money”

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. As it is a cheaper hotel, the walls are very thin so make sure you use earplugs at night. It was a bit noisy.

the staff needs to smile more and learn some basic greetings or manners with the customers. my stay here was short but it was good. the hotel is clean and nice. space is enough for me.

the room was in good condition. the location is great and the facilities functioned well. the wifi especially very fast. cleanliness need to upgrade a bit more. ok!

Nice but not really”

Stayed at this hotel with my family. The hotel was renovated so it was quite new at that time. First, there was a staff who is quite rude. She thought my family of 6 stayed in the same room. When I told her we booked 3 rooms, she did not say any words to apologize to us. Even when we went out she did not smile at us. I reckon she felt guilty. Next, there was barely any parking. I mean they reserved parking lots in front of their hotel but it's not enough to cater to other guests.

walaupun satu hari je, bilik yg dpt agak selesa dan bersih. cuma ada debu sikit2 since sy sgt sensitif so benda ni sy tekankan. bathroom ok cumanya hot/cold shower x jalan. great for a budget hotel.

All is quite okay, except the receptionist is not welcoming. This should be improved. For the room & its amenities: 1) Have hair dryer & water dispenser 2) Wifi is average 3) The TV channel is bad & very limited. TV 1 don't even have a connection
