Staff friendly and accommodating attitude made up for the small shortage of cleanliness. It should be priced 20% lesser for what it offers and I am sure it do well. Currently it has very low utilisation likely owing to its price range

Hotel is desperately in need of major make-over. Slums across the street make for a dismal and depressing atmosphere. Close to Sea-link expressway and Lilavati Hospital, Bandra band-stand and other areas are close by. This can be a better hotel if they can remove the slums and upgrade the property.

The staff are really helpful, the bed is comfortable and the tv cable has variety of channels. The only pain is the wireless Internet which, require password (No) to be collected each day from the reception for each device. One password one device

Great place to stay.clean and location is near to the main road .10min drive from the airport. Only down side i faced was the gates were closed at night when i had arrived and no one was there to open..overall recommend this place.

Location is good, but the surrounding is not that great and the hospitality is very poor and the rooms & toilets are not tidy. The hotel staff pretends to be customer focus but actually not.

This is a pathetic hotel, with zero service standards. The Receptionists ( a couple of them) are rude, the bathroom is absolutely tacky (I could never convince myself to have a complete head bath during my 8 days stay in the hotel. I actually went to a salon to wash my hair if I needed to. Make sure you bring you own towel if you ever stay here. The wifi is a joke, it connects and then disconnects every 5 minutes and then you need to connect it again. On TOP of all this, they wee actually renovation the lobby of the hotel, hence there was constant noise, slippery floor (which I almost broke my leg on) and wires all over the place. They did not even intimate the guests about this Long full-fledged renovation that they were supposed to have. Absolutely terrible

Pleasant and comfortable. Some services were not working initially but the staff and manager went to great lengths to rectify the issues.

Wifi was not working for a lot of time, old building and not renewed. Water was sometimes cold. Dirty in some aspects. Too expensive for what you get.
