Exceptional”

Excellent location very close to airport which means you are in the middle of Mumbai. Excellent restaurant on site with very attentive staff. They have this big king size room which sleeps 4 adults, a huge rarity in Mumbai hotels. The furnishings are tastefully exquisite, and our view of a highway and a train was great especially at night. To top it all the price was perfect. Also they picked us up and dropped off very reliably from the airport, and the same driver showed us all of Mumbai in less than a day- we were there just one night and fell in love with Mumbai - much cleaner than Delhi, traffic in lanes, beautiful weather they say us all year, people are so much less aggressive and are disciplined and quiet, very little honking, the city is easy on the eyes, and I am envious of the cultural event opportunities Mumbai residents must have. We will surely return and will stay right here again!

If you are interested in a decent size room to sleep near airport pls go ahead. Its close to metro but Mumbai doesn't run on metro. Andheri east looks dull if u compare to West & nearby area is poor that's why u r paying less. Breakfast is Indian with average range.If U get a good price pls take it as overall its a safe n reliable place, some of the Mumbai hotels have cramped rooms with even worst locality. For me it was value for money through agoda. Will give 3.5 overall rating with no issue from agoda or hotel but there is scope of improvement from breakfast to toiletries.

Room was very clean, Staff were friendly. Breakfast good, consisting more of Indian menu items (aloo parathas, idly, uthappam), omlettes, fruits, juice etc. Water served at breakfast table is not "mineral water/packaged water" but tasted more like from the corporation water supply (with a distinct odour). The hotel could provide safer water at breakfast tables. Hotel located in East Andheri which is a business district and hence better to be avoided by tourists/families, who can choose a hotel in West Andheri/Bandra/Juhu. No sight seeing activity/shopping in E.Andheri areas. Iron box provided on request, but had torn wires and broken plugs!

True Value for money”

My stay at residency hotel was comfortable. It frankly went beyond my expectations. The rooms were large and done with nice decor. It's location is a big plus. Daily room cleaning was efficient and effective. Their breakfast spread is above average in terms of options and taste. Our experience of dinner was also good and its not so much heavy on pocket also. All their staff were courteous and prompt in their services. They really made our stay all the more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to family travellers who are looking for a just right accommodation at right price points.

Hotel was close to Andheri metro and station, Agoda didnt mention that the couples would need marriage certificate and hotel was insisting to provide one. Breakfast was not good, room was small but yeah in mumbai I dont expect gigantic room. Hotel is good to stay when you are on work travel or plan to be out all day.

Excellent Stay”

We stayed here for both nights that we were in Mumbai either side of our trip further south to India. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, excellently located in relation to the airport. The staff were friendly and very hospitable and the food was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and we both slept very well on both occasions. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect! I got a room in the new building which is gorgeous. Best location and good value for the area and services. The staff is very polite and helpful. You can walk everywhere and it's a great area to shop not only in regular shops but also under the arcade for best deals. Mumbai is a great cit

mumbai is expensive but this hotel came with value. 2nd time me staying in this hotel. they gave me the room at the highest floor and it was so new and nice. the only bad thing is the lift i think they must repair or even change and add more sign board outside at the main road since its located a bit inside

I booked an Excutive room but the duty manager Ruhul updated it into a club room when we check-in. Nice staff and good service made us an unforgettable experience in Mumbai. Thanks for all the support you offered during those 9 days. By the way, it is near the internation airport and the exhibition hall. It will be my first choice when I am going to visit Mumbai for a second time.

What we liked: Stayed with parents. Came to visit Mumbai after couple years. Hotel was quite good. Although I must say that staying in the refurbished floor made all the difference. Everything was new. Very nice ambience. Clean. Newer bathroom fittings. Rain Shower. Bed and Pillows were perfect. Room service was prompt. In house dining catered to our requests of mainly Indian cuisine. Metro Station was just a few mins walking. Checking in /out was a breeze. Buffet Breakfast was fine. What we didn't like: When asked for certain simple directions, people at reception were Clueless. Buffet Breakfast was decent if you stayed for a day. We stayed for a week and found the menu quite repetitive.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, a nightmare to find...”

I have stayed here twice as a hotel-close-to-Mumbai-airport. The staff here are really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable here. The only downside is that it is located on a small side street that seems to be impossible for taxis and rickshaws to find. The name is somewhat similar to Hotel 'Regency' and 'Presidency' so if you're not careful you'll get dropped anywhere with a slightly similar name. TIP: Take the hotel phone number with you and insist the driver call it if they get lost. And prepare to spend lots of time in Mumbai traffic.

Great location”

Location is great, only a few minutes from the airport. Restaurant had wonderful a la carte offerings for both breakfast and dinner, but no bar in the hotel. The closest place to have a drink is a two minute walk away at Maharajas which is also a good restaurant and is resonably priced. The biggest disappointment is having to pay for internet. At nearly 100AUD per night at an Indian property claiming to be a "business hotel" I found this to be exorbitant and a blatant rort seeing as how in the month preceeding our arrival at this venue I had stayed at a variety of properties all over India and even the most basic homestay offered this for free. Rooms were as clean as can be expected in India, several grimy marks on the glass bathroom wall but overall a nice property. Not sure if there is any benefit to having a higher room as the view from the fifth floor was ordinary at best, but from 4th floor up shower drainage is an issue. Try not to flood the bathroom.

Convenient, peaceful, courteous and efficient”

When I arrived the staff were courteous and efficient. The room was excellent though it could do with a few minutes maintenance to make the wardrobe door and drawers to run smoothly. I wanted an hotel that was convenient for the airport and this ideal. Despite looking over a major highway it was peaceful and quiet and I had an excellent nights sleep. The choice for breakfast was good, the checkout handled quickly and the car service to deliver me to the airport was comfortable and professional. I can recommend this hotel if you want a convenient base near the airport.

Good location for the airport and North Mumbai metro”

I just stayed one night before flying home and the pre-paid taxi from the airport had to ask directions several times before finding it. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good shower and hot water. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and the menu for dinner was varied and good value. My only complaint is that in the information folder in the room it stated that a taxi to the airport was INR 300 and when I booked with the front desk they charged me INR 460. When I queried this they said the price in the room was wrong but despite me stating that they should charge the price shown in the room information they would not budge and were not friendly or apologetic in their dealings with the situation. In the end I shared a taxi with a fellow traveller and I would advise anyone to get a taxi through one of the online cab companies such as Ola as they are far cheaper and provide an excellent service.

Comfortable and Affordable Business Hotel”

I landed at 6.30 AM in Mumbai and my check in was scheduled for 12PM. I requested for early check-in; which was promptly agreed by the staff. A very comfortable and spacious room with excellent room service. A value for money.

Initially from Airport the taxi had a hard time finding the hotel, but afterwards once you become familiar with the place it becomes quite east, walking distance from western station. WIFI was very frustrating during exhibition dats

Nice Hotel, Clean, Modern”

We stayed one night because we wanted to be closer to the airport for our morning flight. The location is great for getting to the airport but if you want to sightsee it's a good hour's taxi ride the the main tourist area, Colaba. The room was large and very clean. Decor was modern and bright. All linen was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and professional. I have two issues with this hotel which both involve false advertising. The first is the room I booked listed a bath in the room features, upon arrival I was told none of the type of room I'd booked come with a bath. The other issue is wifi access is not free as clearly stated on Agoda, it's charged at a ridiculous high rate. I didn't argue with the staff, after a month in India I was sick of haggling and bargaining. It was just a shame because everything else about this hotel was great, it just leaves a bad taste when Hotels falsely advertised features. This is why I've rated the hotel a 1 for features.

Welcoming and great value”

Stayed in my room just to chill before my long flight home to Scotland. It was a joy to have such a nice room. Enjoyed a real Indian buffet for dinner which was very nice. Would choose to stay here again. The staff were exceptionally attentive. Airport transfer was great with hotel staff member in addition to the driver meeting me. The location is quite far from town and India gate about 90 minutes by car I think but I did not want anything other than a relaxing time before trip home. I would highly recommend this place if all you want is a nice place to stay and relax. Alan Calder- McNicoll
